Atmospheric and Alternative

Olney’s new SoulTime Café brings something new to the table, a real asset to the community. Friendly faces, music and fresh contemporary surroundings greet all who come. And if just for a moment there is time to take breath between the usually catch up face-to-face and virtual, take part in the challenges, games and competitions.


But What Is It?

SoulTime Café unites and creates a collective of young people that share the same drive to improve the community and share in devising additional ideas to provide a safe, affordable and vibrant cafe in which people can relax with their friends.
Who Makes It Happen
The SoulTime team are mainly students from Ousedale School. It is their hope for the community.


The Concept

St Peter and St Paul’s Church took the initiative and as part of their drive to make the best use of the resources they had to serve the community they invested both money and people to transform their church hall and start several new community activities. The SoulTime Café was born.
Supporters
Many local people have helped in the creation of the Café and to help train and support the SoulTime Team.
Special thanks go to James Lomax from the Bull, who helped put the team through their paces. Wards of Olney – lifters of heavy furniture! Sue Griffiths and Alison Langley kitchen specialists, well they are now and all the background team.

It’s your turn. Come and try the café, take part and make a milkshake recipe suggestion and see if you win the daily competition. A free drink if you can.
Bring your friends and challenge them to become champions of the challenges set.
