The Soup Dept. tries to trade as ethically as possible. All disposables are compostable and made from renewable or recycled materials, supplied by Vegware, and customers are encouraged to help the environment further by bringing their own cup to receive a 50p discount. Local produce is used as much as possible for a smaller carbon footprint and organic ingredients are often used. Food wastage is reduced to be as close to zero as possible.

Gluten free option: Swap the bread for rice cakes and hummus.
