A place where you will find practical help and support, Information and signposting, talk and supportive care including prayer ministry.

The Source is a shop unit in Vicarage Fields Shopping Centre run by Barking Churches Unite. We are a Christian run organisation who operate an all inclusive policy.

We provide help, support, information and a listening ear to those who need it.
We offer food and drinks for those in need via our pit stop - running 12. 30 to 3. 30 pm daily.
If you need food vouchers - we can help
If you need help filling in forms - we can help
If you just want someone to talk to = we have people who will listen. . . .
Our aim to help and support you - in whatever ways we can. .

Hope for Barking and Dagenham operates from The Source where we can register people for night shelter and help access various services.

We are mainly run by volunteers.
