The Spa At Five Lakes

My friend and I went for a special monthly promotion which was the Hydration Spa Day. It was £49 per person and a truly excellent price for the brilliant day we had. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were helpful and polite. The treatment I had given by Raquel was the best treatment I've ever had. She was friendly and explained the treatment thoroughly to me before we started and asked some questions about my skin and how I usually liked back massage pressure. The ESPA products felt wonderful and my skin was silky smooth for days afterwards. I will definitely be returning to Five Lakes Spa.

Lovely staff in the treatment area

Lovely staff, great facilities. We booked a special offer paying £49 per person which included full use of spa facilities all day, 20 min facial, 20 min back massage and 2 course buffet lunch ... massages incredible! Pool, steam rooms and jacuzzi very relaxing! lunch wasn't amazing but didn't matter because we think we got a great deal. Would recommend!
