Would just like to thank you all for making a weekend of precious memories that we will cherish forever! My Mum and Dad won, star in the spa. And myself and my husband booked separately, to go with them.

We were all so impressed. The place is beautiful and the staff could not of been any more friendly and helpful. We already can not wait to come again!!! Recommend to everyone. You won’t be disappointed. The place, the staff, the therapists, the food!! All 5 * xxx

User

What a fabulous place. We wanted something special and the Wow factor for our tenth wedding anniversary and Rudding Park exceeded all of our expectations. The whole place is beautiful, immaculate and the service from every single person was 5 star. The best spa I've been to, fantastic facilities and amazing treatments. Special mention to the guys on the bar who made spent time getting to know what we like and making suggestions and the most delicious (and strong) cocktails!

User

This hotel excels at everything. From the moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave, you know you are in heaven. The attention to detail, the care and consideration of their guests, you will not find a better place than this. Thank you to Nuno and his professional team for a weekend we will never forget. The spa is fabulous. I took my friend for the Afternoon spa for her 'big birthday'. We were greeted on arrival by friendly staff. The spa was spotlessly clean, with fluffy robes and towels for us to use. I must also mention the lovely showers and the Dyson hairdryer were fab. We were also given a complimentary prosecco each as I had mentioned my friends birthday on booking which was a nice touch.

I tried to contact the day before to book a table for lunch but had to leave a message as nobody was available to take the call . My call was not returned but when my friend eventually got through there were no tables left which was disappointing so I'd advise booking well in advance.

My friend had a radiance facial which she said was lovely. I had the Antioxidant booster ritual back massage which I was looking forward to immensely as due to the nature of my job I suffer with stiffness and aching in my shoulders and neck. The therapist I saw asked me if there any areas I'd like her to concentrate on, so I told her about my problem areas. Part of the treatment was a back mask and while this was on she massaged my legs. I was disappointed with the massage as a whole as I felt she spent longer on my legs than my back and hardly any time on my back and shoulders as I had mentioned. Consequently my shoulders and beck still feel very tense!

I would have preferred the option to have just my back massaged I I've had on a previous visit. I found the previous massage much more beneficial and relaxing. I've given 5 stars but would deduct half a star if I could because I didn't feel particularly relaxed after the massage.

I look forward to returning but would probably choose a different treatment.

Spent a lovely day yesterday with my friend enjoying a full day spa at Rudding Park. The treatment (thermal detox) was amazing; the food fabulous (had the burger even though it was very expensive); the different saunas and steam rooms awesome; foot spas and relaxation beds very relaxing!

My only minor negative points would be that there weren’t enough beds in the afternoon as it got busier and the rain came down resulting in the outside beds being unusable. It was also a little noisy at times but these points were minor when you take the experience as a whole.

The staff were very helpful, polite and professional and we enjoyed our day immensely - thank you

User

Perfect place for totally unwinding and relaxing and letting the stresses of everyday life melt away. Great attention paid to all the details and the staff are lovely.

Not cheap by any means but as they say, you get what you pay for in this world?

User

My mum and I visited the spa yesterday and had a lovely relaxing day. My treatment (head and foot heaven) was amazing, and done on the comfiest heated bed! After the treatments, you get to chill out in four relaxation rooms. My favourite was the sleeping room, full of more heated beds! The outdoor pool with all the jets is the highlight, and it was very refreshing swimming outside in the cold winter air.

User

My husband and I had a lovely relaxing spa day, enjoying the rooftop experience; outdoor spa pool (it was snowing!!) As well as herbal sauna.

The staff were friendly and accommodating; able to re-arrange lunch time for us and supply gluten/dairy free foods.

We will definitely visit again and plan to stay at the hotel.

User

I would like to say a massive thank you to all at Rudding park! The friendly and attentive demeanour of all the staff set the tone for a wonderful overnight stay. We felt incredibly spoiled from arrival to departure.

The team in the spa where all incredibly welcoming and helpful, even managing to arrange massages and treatments for us at very short notice despite the fact that they where pretty busy. We were lucky enough to be there during aufgussmeister Lay Pang Ong stay and managed to jump in on one of his sessions, which was a surprisingly good performance.

The Sports massages and Mud Rasul where next level, never thought being shut in a room with mud could be so enjoyable! The Rose scrub smells amazing, highly recommended.

The spa facilities are top class with a great eye for detail and comfort. We left feeling fantastic and will definitely be coming back soon.

I was treated for my birthday yesterday and it was amazing! Everything was spotless and the staff were on hand and very professional.

I am a holistic therapist myself and worked in spa's around the world for 20years and I can honestly say that Rudding Park is definitely one of the best. THAT is how you do a spa experience. Thanks again.

I was lucky enough to visit the spa last Thursday. I had the full spa day package including arrival drink and snack (I chose peppermint water and granola bar) two course lunch (sea bass starter, then the burger-both delicious!) a 50min treatment (amazing back detoxifier) and afternoon drink and snack (coffee and tiffin). Every single thing was perfect. From arrival I was greeted by lovely smiley staff, the smell was amazing. The changing rooms were immaculate with nice products to use, lovely robes, towels and flip flops, the tour essential but very informative, I loved the wrist bands/ keys, I felt very safe, each facility was fabulous, loved the relaxation beds, everywhere was prestine, the Horta restaurant food was simply perfection, especially the focaccia and olive oil, my treatment was wonderful and I felt so relaxed, however I didn’t realise I could use the sensory rooms (didn’t know they were there) on the treatment level until after my treatment but I was pushed for time then so if i’d have known I would have used them rooms before. There was a little confusion with my treatment- the spa staff thought I was late but I was in fact early. So I was offered a reduced treatment length but after explaining to the therapist I wasn’t late (luckily I had my little card) she sorted it with her colleagues so I got my full treatment, everyone was apologetic I just felt a little awkward as I’m never late! It was my first time alone at a spa as a luxury treat from my husband, I was a little nervous about coming alone but I now realise that’s how you fully relax. I did notice a few people with phones around the spa and heard two ringtones which I thought was annoying and odd. I personally left mine in the locker. My favourite part was the infinity outdoor pool, watching a pheasant rummaging in the ground filled with snow. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. I’m hoping to come back soon and stay the night too!

User

I visited Rudding Park Spa today, for a spa day with the Rasul Experience, the Rasul mud made my skin feel so soft, the lemon smell in the steam whilst drying the Rasul mud was so refreshing, the treatment was well worth having, moving onto the Rest of the spa it was amazing the staff were on hand at all times always there to open doors answer questions always so friendly, the cleanliness was 5 star in every area of the spa and there were lots of areas, the spa is by far one of the best I have visited, also had 2 course meal, the meal was lovely the staff in the restaurant again friendly the kind staff, very kindly charged my phone which I thought, was very kind and again showed, nothing too much for the staff.

Overall the whole day was absolutely amazing and a huge thank you to all the spa and restaurant staff it was definitely

User

Fabulous spa, absolutely beautiful. Staff were attentive and friendly. The hot out door infinity pool was so relaxing, if you like a spa then you need to spend a day here. The only negative I would give it is the price of the food in the restaurant! £21 for a burger is ridiculous and over the top, it’s a burger, no matter how you try and dress it up! Sort the food prices out and you will have it spot on.

User

Amazing from start to finish! Enjoyed a full spa day and overnight stay in the Follifoot Wing. The customer service was second to none, all members of staff go above and beyond. The room was outstanding and the food at both the spa cafe and the clock tower was delicious. The spa was fantastic, lots of different areas. It was a birthday treat and I was thoroughly spoilt. We will most certainly be back.

User

Along with a friend I enjoyed the most amazing time at the hotel and spa. The setting is beautiful, venue high end and tasteful, but what really made our stay so memorable was the staff - genuine, friendly and professional from reception to the room attendants, spa to the restaurant. We felt so special and spoilt. Thank you! X

My mum and I recently visited the spa for an overnight spa break, package included a 50 minute treatment, dinner and breakfast the following morning. From the moment we walked into the log fire heated reception we were greeted by the most welcoming staff. We arrived a little after 1pm and they advised us that the room was ready and that we could check in before 3 and use the facilities before our treatments which were at 4:30 later that day. The facilities are out of this world!! The only thing was there wasn’t enough beds to go around on the floor of the sky garden and my mum had to kindly offer ours and we moved down to the indoor pool area.

As both me and my mum have intense jobs we were really looking forward to our treatments, there was a 5-7 minute delay on the treatment time, and I felt I had a really good back/leg treatment. However the therapist my mum had rushed and she only had a 35 minute treatment. After already paying and extra £30 to upgrade the treatment. She was not relaxed when she came out. After speaking to a senior member in the spa (Sarah) they offered another treatment for the following morning. The service was very helpful to ensure we would have a relaxing time. It was a very busy Saturday for the spa and can understand if people are late for treatments it has a knock on affect. So we were greatful for the re-booking of the treatment the next day. It was unfortunate that my mum could not have the relaxing treatment as planned.

Evening meal and service in the Clock Tower was outstanding ! We were also greeted by guest services at the meal (Rob) who was very understanding about the mishap with the treatment in the spa and we had complimentary drinks.

The next day went to plan, my mum had a very relaxing treatment and breakfast in the Horto was lovely.

Me and my friend went for an aft tea and spa. The aft tea was okay nothing flash. I can actually say the hydrotherapy pools were lovely and the foot spa and steam room were gorgeous. The grounds and the hotel are immaculate well worth it in the spa will definitely go back. I think for the aft tea they need better selection of sandwiches and more different cakes to make it better.

An absolutely beautiful place. The variety of different areas to the spa was very impressive, saunas and steamrooms at different temperatures, different pools, hot tub, foot spa and different shower experiences! I had a wonderful time with my Mum, Sister and Grandma. The only reason I’ve given it four stars is because I found there were a lot of used towels and robes left around and about. But it really is worth a visit I will certainly be returning!

User

Absolutely loved the spa. It’s stunning and would rate the facilities as 5 star, we did the roof top experience plus mud rasul treatment £76 each. It included a drink which was a bit disappointing - basically tap water infused with ginger, could this be stretched to a refreshing smoothie or hot drink? My only other gripe was the extortionate price of £12 for a glass of Prosecco - I think you run the risk of visitors bringing their own. Putting that to one side, the overall experience was fabulous.
