Went for first time with my sister. Had all facilities and even cold water bucket shower which was fun. Hot tubs overlooking the river is lovely and all other facilities such as steam room and relaxation room certainly help with detox and relaxation. Had superspeed turkey salad which was also lovely. As a first timer I would recommebd and go back too 🖒

Visited the spa on 17/02 with my daughter. It was a lovely, tranquil experience. The staff were helpful and pleasant and the setting was beautiful. We were the only people in the hot tub and we watched the sun set from the tub!!Steam room and sauna were great. We will definitely return.

Visited Yesterday with my partner for his birthday. It was our first time at Wynyard Spa and we enjoyed it. We only stayed for about 90mins as found that was all the time we needed. I could have stayed in the hot tub all day next time we will definitely book treatments and have afternoon tea. Make it more of a day thing rather then a quick use of the facilities. Would recommend and will be returning soon.Thank you xxx

The best spa I’ve been to. From the afternoon tea to outdoor jacuzzi, everything was brilliant 😄 will definitely be back 👍🏻

Relaxing, staff are very welcoming, respectful and can’t help enough. Beautiful surroundings and great price for the service they provide.

Lovely Spa perfect for a couple of hours relaxation, we had the £35 package including the mud rasul which was all lovely. After our spa session we ordered the seafood platter and it was gorgeous. The staff were really nice and helpful kept checking you were ok and nothing was too much trouble! This is my fourth time at the spa and I would definitely return.

Just voted for you on the good spa guide awards. Good luck. Well deserved. There may not be a lot of rooms to sample but what you have in terms of views, customer service, not too mention it's never over full, you remain one of my favourite spa's

I would certainly recommend and will return as the setting is so tranquil with beautiful views and the rasul mud treatment on my face, scalp and body left my skin feeling soft and conditioned. We enjoyed cream tea in the conservatory after a relaxing morning using all the spa facilities and they catered for my gluten free requirements provided you let them know at the time of booking.

Booked the spa after staying the night in the fantastic hotel as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday, really enjoyed the spa experience booked two hours for £20 each a special offer due to staying at the hotel it was worth every penny nice to relax & the great thing about it was it wasn't over crowded like other spa's I have visited you felt like it was very private & the staff were fantastic very welcoming & helpful.

Will certainly visit again soon thank you.

Beautiful pregnancy massage 'New beginnings' for me and bump, spoilt from head to toe, professional, sensitive and friendly staff - highly recommended and can't wait to go back

Amazing place. I come often either with friends or family. The package for the two hour spa and Rasul mud treatment is perfect and great value for money. Fantastic afternoon spent chilling on the lake and I can never get over how great my skin looks and feels after the rasul. Staff are great and really helpful. Highly recommend.

Went last night with my friend, my last visit was 2 years ago, I was quite disappointed at the cleanliness of the spa, the changing room had hairs all over, especially in the showers and rug in front of locker, a plaster on the floor in changing room and the showers needed a good clean! I found in the spa itself it was mostly clean apart from the outdoor loungers cushions were all stained and dirty and in the hot tub there was dirt and muck all around the edges. It was still a relaxing evening but not worth the £30 for 2 hours when it looks so unkept

Visited 2 weeks ago. Cream tea was lovely but spa was not. The showers were cold and only one outside hot tub working. Apparently days later we found out that there was an ongoing problem with the boiler. This was not pointed out to us when we arrived. Very over priced and wont hurry back to visit

This is my fourth time at the spa and I have to say the least favourite of my visits. I came with two friends for a birthday outing. I cannot fault the facilities and cleanliness and the rasul mud was fantastic, however the staff were less than welcoming. One older lady in particular (unsure of her name but had quite short blonde hair) was particularly miserable and unfriendly the entire time we were there and made us feel quite uncomfortable. We ate in the conservatory and felt almost like a nuisance to the staff, we could hear them constantly talking/moaning amongst themselves whilst we were eating lunch. The younger staff were lovely and friendly but I can’t say the same for the older ladies and this certainly impacted our visit - I have to say this will make us think twice about visiting again. To me customer service is everything especially in this type of business and it really let the place down.

Staff very nice and very helpful but spa itself is quite small and there are no beds inside to relax on. It was quite a cold day and the only beds are all outside, so unless you are actually having a treatment or using the sauna etc, there is nowhere at all to just lay and relax and read or just chill out.

Good spa facilities. Had the afternoon tea package. Cakes weren't great and wouldn't recommend coming for afternoon tea. Setting overlooking the lake is beautiful and luckily we had beautiful weather and could sit outside and relax. I wouldn't of had a great experience if it was bad weather as there is nowhere to sit and relax inside.

First time at the spa for me & my husband, it is very quaint and changing room is mixed... very uncomfortable trying to get dressed due to temperature and humidity so finished dressing once outside the changing room. We had afternoon tea - I wouldn't say it was worth the money..

Beautiful setting however wouldn't use again

After 6 months working abroad, my sister booked afternoon tea with the spa visit for herself, me and my mum as a belated birthday treat. From the moment we stepped through the door the service was terrible. When checking in the receptionist quizzed my sister over how she had paid for the spa sessions and told her that she had under paid and needed to pay a further £20.00. The way the receptionist went about this was highly embarrassing for my sister and made me and my mum feel very uncomfortable. It turned out that it was their mistake and had charged her incorrectly when she had paid the full amount in total a few weeks earlier.

After paying the extra £20.00 (wonder how many people they’ve tried that trick on?) we went through for afternoon tea already feeling uncomfortable. I did complain about the way my sister had been spoken too and was told they would speak to the management. My sister got an apology from the receptionist.

On top of this my mum found a chicken bone in her sandwich, we were sat between 2 doors where my mum had a constant draft. We could hear all the staff and their conversations while they busily walked back and forth into the kitchen right next to us. I didn’t want to upset my sister further by complaining again.

The settings of the outside hot tubs were beautiful and where we spent most of our time. However, the showers were cold (they had ran out of hot water!!!) the changing rooms where communal with huge gaps in the doors and when I asked for fresh towels after our cold showers we were begrudgingly given small sized towels! On our way out we complained about the cold showers where the receptionist seemed to brush us off making an excuse that a customer had left a shower on and it was too late to call maintenance. I felt that the staff were very accustomed to apologising and didn’t share any concern if you had a nice time or not. Beautiful surroundings outside but very poor service.
