Commercialisation of a Hydropool 1038 tub in a Ladies only Gym today incorporating a media filter with OC-1 rather than sand, a new pre-filter circulation pump and inline chlorine dosing. Client will be forming a matching tiled mini plant room in next couple of days...

Drastic service on a tub in Bolton today, not touched for "2 weeks" but the skimmer basket and filter suggest it's been way longer! Book in now for a pre Christmas service so your tub will be clean fresh and SAFE for the festive season. This took 2 full flushes to clean all the floating gunk from the tub and the clients had been using it upto last night!

How NOT to insulate your hot tub.
Buying a cheap tub and trying to insulate it like a high quality one is going to end in tears as this client found. Packing insulation around the major components will cause early failure due to not being able to dissipate heat but could also cause a fire.
There are different methods which can be used, ask us for advise now, rather than reaching for a fire extinguisher later!
... All of these pumps needed replacing having cooked themselves running beyond hot especially during the hotter summer months...

Beautiful Hydropool 670 with cedar cabinet and Ashcombe redwood Gazebo complete with 2 tilting louvres, bar and 4 stools delivered and installed in Cumbria today. The client's sons were so hot and excited, they climbed in while we were giving the installation demonstration!

Call to this 20+ year old inground spa today, needed a little attention to the old controls but still going strong. Used daily by the customer who had happy memories to share....

Really impressed with the service from Gregg & his team. We recently moved into a new house that already had a hot tub installed, Jay spent 4 hours in the pouring rain cleaning, servicing & fixing the tub before giving me a lesson on how to use and maintain it. The following evening we were in the tub with a glass of fizz! Thanks again

Gregg moved our hot tub with cabin from Nottingham to Worksop - excellent service, great value for money. We would recommend him to anyone and we will. We will be using him again. Many many thanks - you really took all the stress away from this move.

Gregg and his team are excellent. You're always a bit worried when engaging with someone whose services you've never used before but I can categorically say you should have no worries whatsoever. When I bought my house, part of the deal was I also purchased the hot tub which was already installed in the back garden. I got it up and running myself but I had a suspected leak as water levels were dropping far too quickly. I arranged for Gregg to come around and within minutes of him arriving he'd found the issue. Unfortunately for me it was an expensive fix as I required a new pump but that was something which couldn't be avoided. Gregg got me a new pump, installed it and also serviced my tub. The leak is completely sorted now and I'm loving my tub. Due to being a complete hot tub novice as well, Gregg also took the time to show me how to maintain the tub including how much chemicals to use and how frequently to change water and clean the tub etc. I was very impressed and I've been back to Gregg with a few hot tub queries since and he's always very helpful. Will definitely be using Gregg for any future hot tub work I need doing!!

Gregg and Ian got my hot tub back up and running after i bought it from a cowboy company where i live. Ian gave me some really good advice and instructions that was correct, opposite to the bad info i had previously been given. Very professional and they certainly know their stuff! Definitely a company to consider if you want or have a hot tub ...thanks guys �
