Absolutely awful service. I have never written a Google review but the sheer unprofessionalism of Space Station and their non existent customer service has driven me to do so. They seem great at the start when they are trying to get your business. But as soon as they have it and you are tied in with them they start to not answer calls or respond to emails / messages. And as soon as you decide to go to another agent they become unfindable. I lost months of rent having a property empty, changed agent got a tenant in a week...but of course had to change the locks as Space station had lost the keys. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are an absolute joke.

I've been hugely impressed with this company. Not the typical passive approach that I've experienced at other agencies. They demonstrated real market and and knew how to get the results that I was looking for, and they have been very proactive and diligent right the way through. Highly recommended.
