Hi, amazing performance! Arabs were fantastic! But Β£3 for the car park??
Amazing show horses are fantastic a real must see for anyone
Children loved the unicorns Pegasus and the Russian dancers were wow!!
Good points: The horses seem well cared for and the handlers gave them praise and pats when they did well. There is a big array of beautiful horses trained to do some impressive stuff - love grey Arabs being loose worked; Spanish Riding School skills; Friesian; Cossack riders etc.
The best acts are the ones which really incorperate the horses - Pegasus and the George and the Dragon act. I really enjoyed these and would have liked tob see more. These use costume, performers and horses to bring stories alive and are impressive.
Not so good: Not enough toilets and poor toilet facilities for those with disabilties. I'm not sure how anyone is a mobilty scooter would have managed.
I never thought I'd say this, but in a couple of the acts the horses kind of distract. There is some good trapeze type work, but while that is going on there will be a horse doing something un-related on the ground.
I'd have liked more commentary - like breeds and what skills the riders where demonstrating.. but then maybe I'd too used to horse shows rather than circuses. I think children and those who like horses but don't have huge amounts to do with them will probably like this best.
