This is a powerful combination of energy psychology, health and nutrition, which enables people to overcome chronic stress, anxiety and heartache and re-balance their emotional and physical health in a safe and non-intrusive way.

My programme uses a combination of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as 'tapping', health and nutrition coaching packages tailored to the individual needs of the client. Using EFT during my therapy sessions has been considerably effective in clearing negative emotions, belief patterns and reducing stress levels.

I work with my clients to get to the root cause of their fears, habits and negative emotions as well as addressing their nutritional needs.
