Have a lovely experience last night at the Game of Thrones concert. Was pulled from a long queue when one of your staff members noticed I was pregnant and taken to front. Another guy inside let me sit in he disabled area (once he knew it wasn’t needed) so I have more space and better access to toilets. Shame I didn’t get a chance to get their names. Thank you for making a pregnant woman much more comfortable . The event was great too!

Great venue, staff polite and helpful for the most part, although not always knowledgeable. We had issues when we were given the wrong wrist bands for the Heineken lounge and then, once sorted after having had to involve management, we were asked to pay for our first drink even as the package we'd booked included a free one. It all got sorted in the end but it really didn't feel worth paying extra for those mistakes and the waste of time, especially considering this was a present for my other half. Oh, and noone seemed to know at first where our clubhouse seats were and we had to be moved (weird that). Facilities were great though, with little queuing for drinks and food and great sound during the concert. Overall good in our experience, and Lenny Kravitz was pretty awesome.

Went to the Xfactor live tour show yesterday for the matinee performance. Being a daytime show there were a lot of children in the venue, myself and my group of friends all adults sat there with coats, hats and scarves on throughout the entire performance as the venue was extremely cold! Even with the stage lights and pyrotechnics plus the vast audience the temperature did not rise and made the entire afternoon uncomfortable. For a venue that charges the prices they do for refreshments you’d think it would be able to have an suitable temperature or at least show some attempt of increasing the temperature especially for performances which a large percentage of the audience were children.

Amazing show for Game of Thrones but terrible organisation - show started 15mins late which had a knock on effect at the end with people leaving to get trains, no air conditioning / cooling during first half so most of us were nearly passing out with heat and only on for 20mins of second half! Stairs and under seats were so sticky didn't dare leave anything on them - and poor lighting up them.

We attended the Lenny Kravitz concert on Friday 22nd june 18, there is no signing to the SSE arena , but once we found it and found our seats D4 row 2 42/44, I have got to say the seats are very small for an adult.

The front row seats were empty so I asked the addendant if we could move there, but obviously if the people turned up we would move back to our seats, the lady attendant agreed. As soon as moved to the front row our seats were occupied by 3 drunk men, they kept knocking my head as they were standing up dancing, they spilt beer down 2 of us, they kept dancing in the alisle and the attendant continually asked them to move back , which they did for a time but then started again. At one point after being hit round the head again I pushed the guy back,I am a 57year old lady, the attendant appologised for their behaviour. In all honesty I think she had trouble keeping them under control.

We had to leave early and on our way out we saw a security guard and complained to him, who in turn radioed and asked for the floor manager.

A viper of a woman turned up and basically said it was our fault as we should have complained, I said we did as the attendant was sat right next to us and she tried her best to keep these drunk men under control. The manageress snapped and said we should have come out to find her, I replied I'm not going to traipse around the venue looking for her consequently missing the concert which I had paid good money to see. I had complained but nothing was done. The manageress asked where we were sitting so we gave our seat number, she then called Darren I think his name was, the security manager and informed him about the attendant, shouting that she wanted her out, and she didn't want her working at the arena again.

This was totally un called for and very unprofessional.

The attendant who was lovely, maybe needed a bit more training in how to deal with drunken men as I'm sure she felt intimidated by them, on reflection she should have called for back up, but to go the lengths of sacking her was very poor management, and I felt sorry for the poor lady.

We said we had to leave as we were travelling back to Bournemouth as my son had to be in work for 8am, viper woman just snapped and said she had to be up as well .

If you read the feedback from customers and past employee's the SSE does not have a good report, plus we are all commenting on similar experience's so why isn't the management rectifing these issues, mind you if the rest of the management team are anything to go by the floor manageress standards then this explains why nothing has changed.

She has absolutely no customer service skills, and if she finds her job so stressful that she has to speak rudely to customers and cannot deal with a complaint without over reacting to sack the staff, then she needs to find another job. Maybe she's the one that should be given the sack for her appalling attiude.

Was going to book tickets for Queen but after seeing the added on charges for booking and facility fees, I decided against it... This was through the buy tickets option on the website.. I'm guessing it routes to a 3rd party booking site who also want their cut... Surely your costs as the host venue should be covered in the ticket price??

The general organisation for getting into the SSE Arena leaves an awful lot to be desired. As a starter, there were approximately 3 different queues to access the building but no means by which to discern the correct queue. The staff when we enquired were actually quite rude. The security checks, whilst necessary, are clunky and I've been to venues where they're far more efficient. Finally, once in the venue and seeking advice on the most appropriate entrance, we were advised to walk a lap of the venue to get to it. Apparently you can walk round in a circle, except you can't. I don't lay blame on individual staff, because I suspect that they are trying their best in difficult circumstances. However, some additional resources (signage, megaphones etc.) and staff training definitely wouldn't go amiss.

So we had waited months to see the XFactor on tour #XFactor particularly my son's favourite Rak-Su, had paid a lot of money for VIP front row seats. Imagine my disappointment that our view was completely blocked by an inconsiderate cameraman, completely ruined the first interval and the whole of Rak-Su opening performance. When asked to move or at least alternative where he stood we were met with a load of abuse and was then threatened with removal from the show! Completely ruined the whole experience for us, it would be nice to have an explanation and apology from Simon Cowell as to how it is acceptable to stand like this in front of a 7 year old and ruin his night, thanks a lot!!!

Let Down By The Stereophonics

We are a group of people united in protest against the way Stereophonics & venues have treated us & thousands of other unfortunate fans. Most of us were unable to attend 1 Of 4 concerts due to horrendus travel conditions caused by The Beast From The East. 1 of these concerts was at Wembley

There are now over a thousand of us & although there are many more not in the group most of us had at least 2 tickets and many had 4 or more. As a group we represent at least 12,000 people that were affected.

We all agree that the shows should not have continued as it meant people risking their lives & creating more problems for the emergency services that were already pushed to the limit & being forced to work in dangerous conditions that had already cost at least 4 lives.

People that claim that roads were OK & they managed should stop to think that the reason they were OK is because many thousands headed the warnings & stayed home, if it wasn't for these people the roads would have been gridlocked & the fortunate ones might not have made it themselves!

We don't hold members of the band responsible for all the decisions, of course some of these were a case of bad management, but if the band didn't play a part in making the decisions they agreed to them or were at very least aware of them.

We were lied to in public announcements & personal messages about the authorities giving the all clear. Told to hold onto our tickets which stopped us making insurance claims. Told by public announcements that they were working with venues & promoters to address the situation & we'd get an update (that never came), in a few days.

Lead singer Kelly likes to tell audiences in concerts & interviews how important his fans are to him & that he still talks to the working classes, but sadly he has not proved this. He hasn’t said or done anything for us at all.

Kelly we are waiting!
