We only used the public bar, but it was very nice. Good food and staff with a good atmosphere. Recommend for a good lunch.
No. 6 Steak House in the Sun Hotel provides a stunning £7.95 3 course lunch. Limited but incredible value fayre. Potato skins or soup, both tasty. Steak or salmon linguine for mains both exquisite. Ice cream or coffee for dessert. Truly unbeatable. Nice service too! Highly recommended.
Lovely place. Very nice. Great looking building and setting with beautiful flags hung outside. 🇬🇧🇬🇪🇬🇧🇬🇪 Makes the place look very prestigious. Thank you for a good time.

I chose the Sun Hotel for my 40th Birthday Party. Everything was perfect!! My guests and I had use of the Conservatory, bar, and the main function room. Everywhere is very well appointed, stylish and in great condition. It's just a fabulous space to spend time with your friends and family. Zoe the event manager was amazing from start to finish, as were all the staff. They could not do enough for us!! Special thanks also to Craig and the other chefs for a delicious buffet and breakfast the next morning. The rooms are fantastic and spotlessly clean. I stayed in the secret room. Amazing!! Thank you so much. I had the best time and all my guests thoroughly enjoyed it too!!! 5 stars!!!! Jon.

A bit dated. They gave our room away at New Year 2011....very poor....so lost our business I'm afraid. Wouldn't return now if we were paid so I'd give it a miss if I were you.
