This pub is one of my favourite pubs in Hornchurch!! Always amazing atmosphere and lovely staff! I came down with friends to watch the football and a LOVELY bartender called Molly was so helpful and very polite! Outstanding service and customer service from her.

The pub has an amazing atmosphere every-time I go there, I would recommend this pub to anyone who asked me where to go for a drink or food.

The food is outstanding and always freshly served with a very short waiting time.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly especially a bartender named Molly, she’s always happy and ready to serve customer with a great personality.

The best Sports bar in all Hornchurch! Very nice atmosphere,delicious food. Staff members always friendly and ready to help in any situation.

Every weekend sounds the best music hits. This Pub DJ is awesome!

Great pub great staff I had the table service by a girl called Billie I couldn't ask for more from her whatever we asked for was brought to us straight away without any problems she is a credit to the suttons arms �

Go in here regularly to watch the football and am always served quickly by friendly bar staff, food is always good and never waiting too long for it to come not pricey either, been in here on weekends too and never had any problems with the door staff and the dj is good too.

A nice pleasant pub, it was my first time there, friendly bar staff, tables were kept clear of glasses, and nice friendly men on the door, we were there for a drink early 6-8pm until our restaurant reservations elsewhere, great place to have an early drink, will be happy to go again

Was there last night and was disappointed with the fact I pre-booked two tables with my friend for my birthday and someone got the time wrong as I booked it for 7 and they put it down for 8 so couldn't sit anywhere and I ended up with a back ache. Then ended up having to get chairs and an extra table ourselves as weren't enough seats when the manager said she'd get some more for me and never did. If it's going to be packed then they should have a limit on who's in there and have more bar staff as it got so packed noone could move and that's when you get fights and it felt like a half hour wait to be served for a drink ended up leaving early because of the wait so won't be doing that in a hurry again.

Went there tonight for a few drinks meeting friends before going for a meal, went back after the meal for 1 more drink before home and had to pay £3 each to get in, we went to the bar which was really busy, waited for ages, we were next to be served and because one of us “waved” at the bar maid she refused to serve us! She continued to ignore us so we complained! We were then thrown out! We are a group of 4, 2 couples in our 50s, the person trying to get a drink was driving so he wasn’t drinking! All he did was make it known we were waiting to be served! Everyone else was doing the same! It was total discrimination! Would never recommend this awful place!!! They obviously only serve young people!

This place is terrible. Booked a Christmas meal for staff at 12pm. No knowledge of the booking! An apology was accepted....

We then ordered food which was a disaster. How can a jacket potato take an hour to cook? With merely 20 other people in the pub this is simply laughable. After watching two of the waitresses laugh after a complaint was made we can only assume the order wasn't placed. Thankfully money was refunded but wouldn't waste my time or money in returning here....thank God for the firkin!!

On a busy night there is not enough staff! I don't expect to wait 30 minutes for a drink every time we go to the bar! We chose to to come here due to the music for a 32nd birthday and was far from impressed

I have spent many a good night at the suttons, but will not be going back after last night. The bouncers are bullies and kicked me out because a big burly man pushed me at the bar (which the bar staff saw and random punters saw and were trying to stick up for me) and I nearly fell over. Within seconds security came over, and removed me. I guess it’s easier to escort a 5ft 6 girl out rather than a 6ft 4 20 stone man. When I asked for management to the bouncers they laughed in my face and mocked me. It is a simple request to ask for management so I do not understand why my request was not granted. I am absolutely disgusted with the suttons arms, staff and bouncers especially and it makes me question how many people have been kicked out unnecessarily. Will not be going back. Reading the reviews, it is clear that the suttons arms needs new bouncers, as issues with the bouncers seems to be a regular occurrence.

Bouncers are well handy for no reason there’s a reason I haven’t been there for a long time and they just reminded me why
