The NYE party is a ticket only event… Tickets will go on sale at all pubs on:
- 6:30pm. Tuesday 13th Nov… at the bar.
* At 5:30pm we will start to issue ‘queuing numbers’ to people waiting to buy tickets. * At 6:30pm we will start to sell tickets in the order of the queuing numbers. * When the tickets sell out, we will put names onto a reserve list. * We will buy tickets back from people up to Christmas Eve... Then sell on to people on the reserve list. * After Christmas Eve, people wanting to sell their tickets will need to organise this themselves. * £50 (Less £10 if purchasing with Chilled Pubs Guest Card). * Max 8 tickets per person. * Strictly over 18’s only (people who look 25 or under will be required to show photo ID). * Ticket does not guarantee a seat.

Having a small lunch because I know tonight I will be indulging... but pizza or main menu?! 🤷🏻‍♂️

The question - Cocktails Vs. Cuppas. As the nights are getting darker, colder and more wet... The fires are lit but what should be accompanying them...

We had a meal here for 10 people for my mothers birthday, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was perfect and we all left very full. The main reason for leaving this review was the waitress, I believe her name was Claire who was amazing and looked after our group very well. Thank you very much for a very enjoyable meal. We’ll be back!! �

Visited yesterday for my nieces 21st, when we arrived we were told by staff that there was an issue with the extractor in the main kitchen and would only be able to order salads or from the pizza menu, one of those things that can't be helped, especially in this weather, can't fault the service we received throughout the evening from Claire, for saying that the pizza menu was the only menu being served we didn't have long to wait for our food, will definitely return.

This pub was a last minute recommendation and it was definitely a good suggestion.

The pub itself is beautifully decorated with lots of reclaimed wood panelling giving out a warm and welcoming feel.

The menu is extensive and you would be very hard pushed not to find something you like. The food is just WOW. Really good and very reasonably priced.

The service of exceptional, very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a comfortable, laid back attitude that makes you feel at ease and not rushed at all. Our server, Tori, was fab.

I highly recommend this pub for dining and drinking at any time of the day. We will definitely be visiting again and bringing lots of friends and family along in future.

This is an excellent restaurant. Food is great. Service was excellent. The only thing I would say is they need to be able to offer a better vegan selection. Vegan cheese for the pizzas. We took our own and they kindly added it. Also some vegan desserts would be great. I have been twice now and was not disappointed. I think this will be a regular place for us to go to. It will be nice to see if the swan do create a more varied vegan menu in the future.

My husband and I went for our wedding anniversary meal and the food was gorgeous as always! The staff are brilliant too,even playing our wedding song.. will be returning again and again!

I have been coming here for years now and it has always always been fantastic. The range of drinks are good, the service is outstanding and the food is absolutely amazing. And I love the fact hey have water bowls for dogs and even put ice in on hot days. So out of 10 I would give it a big fat 10.

I booked a table for my dad’s 80th birthday - or so I thought! I had inadvertently booked the Swan at Walton in Kent! � Despite this, the friendly, accommodating staff found space for us and we couldn’t have had a better dining experience - all 7 of us loved our meals, from the sweet potato burger, to the roast, pizzas and stacks. Pete, who looked after us, was fab and so helpful. I can’t recommend the Swan more �

Cant fault the place food was perfect wife had fish and chips i had open steak sandwich which melted in your mouth...staff very friendly will be going back more in the summer months.

Absolutley amazing!! Best resturant and food plus service ive ever had/been to! James who served us was polite, always asked how our meal was and got us drinks as fast as possible! Would reccomend strongly to anyone! Thanks again

Absolutely amazing food and service today. Dave went out of his way to help us today with our elderly nan. We love this place anyway but today topped it for us. Thank you Dave.

A good friend and I had not been before so were a little unsure about what to expect. We were met by Vivian, who was great, very friendly and explained the menus (of which there is a lot of choice) Joe our waiter was equally as friendly and knowledgable. Great Sunday lunch, nice chilled atmosphere, I will definitely be back. I can highly recommend a visit. ps much better experience than the Bulls Head and Joiners Arms!

Visited yesterday and had a marvellous meal, my husband and I both had a teriyaki stick which were delicious.the staff were very helpful and friendly and will definitely be going back 😃

Really good ambience, food delicious, service friendly and helpful. Only one thing missing on our visit, the rhubarb & custard gin so we couldn't have a couple of the cocktails that fancied however the ones we ended up choosing instead were lovely.

Popped in for a pint on the way home from Barton Under-needwood steam rally with our vintage tractors with trailers on so parked on the front of your pub, unfortunately we were asked to move on by one customer as they felt we were blocking their view of the road and moaning about the fumes from our tractors (which were switched off)



Shame as when you live in the country people don’t appreciate what goes with it nice pub though shall try again next year.

I’d heard good reports of The Swan so when my friend and I decided on going out for Sunday lunch, I thought this would be an ideal choice. Once we’d driven over the narrowest bridge ever, we found The Swan easily. Plenty of room in the large car park but we were early. Vivian met us and took us to our table upstairs. She explained everything to us plus where the toilets were (always appreciated!). A very friendly efficient, thorough welcome. The roast pork dinner was delicious with tasty fresh vegetables. I’ve taken off one * as my pork was a little on the dry side but I thoroughly recommend this place for the food, the staff and their relaxed professionalism and also the total ambience of The Swan.

Celebrated our 16th Wedding Anniversary here and the food was amazing. Was not rushed at all, service was very good. Only small complaint was that it took quite long to clear the table after we'd finished eating, but other than that, first rate!! Great place!

Shocking quality of chips .......again!! They appear warmed up and were so tiny and in bits half way down the cup .....just not right! Gave them back to the manager who offered another portion but as we’d virtually finished rest of meal (which was lovely) we refused so he just took the cup away....interesting customer service?????
