Would give 10 stars if there was an option. Fab place to go, knowledgeable guys prepared to spend time with customers so they walk away with the gear the need... 1.5 hours of unhurried assistance, ive walked away with the required gear I need (much different to what I thought I needed), some helpful knowledge of what to do, and all my daft questions answered. Its much appreciated. Will no doubt be returning once I'm more efficient and developed etc for further gear. Many thanks!!

There is no shop like this in the land. Head and shoulders about the rest. Gear coming out of their ears and knowledge to back it all up. Why go elsewhere!

So my nash dwarf landing net snapped on me while landing a fish. So I emailed nash to see what they can do. They said that I have to take it to the place which I purchased it from. So I call the tackle box and explain what had happened. They told me to bring it in and we see what we can do. They said we send it back to nash. That was on a Thursday and on Monday I get a call saying you're landing nets in. Absolutely phenomenal service. BIG THANKS

Probably some of the best customer service I've ever received, had a problem with one of my Rods and within a week the problem was sorted, couldn't be happier!! Wish I had a bit of time to look around the shop and spend some money with you today, will definitely be looking to shop with you again...... thank you

Phoned up about purchasing one of the Tackleboxes CFX marker rods but was advised that it wouldn't be an upgrade on my current marker rod ! Outstanding customer service in my book ! Other companies could learn a lot from the guys in Dartford!

Not a carp head although plan to visit France next year. Have found most carp anglers judgemental looking down on others all about the size of one's catch forget the fact fished for over 40 years. Which offends me at times. However that being said although The Tackle Box is more geared towards the carp angler they do cater for all anglers including all coarse, predatory, and sea, troat. The moral of the story is just because not a carp angler they still didn't look down their nose in ignorance. They where only to pleased to help and give advice. May not be a regular customer however have popped in on my travels going back almost 20 years. Not once have left feeling down mis guided, robbed of my hard earned money, and not given 100% Customer Focus and Attention. There are some fishing tackle shops who will gladly take your money and are damn right rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help or give any advice. And in a world of modern day angling often left confused with new advancements taken my old school upbringing. Have spent literally thousands in some shops over the years would no longer spend a penny due to poor service. In my books quality products and above all Top Class Customer Service goes a very long way. That's why based on every experience had entering this shop left content. First class service, great staff thourally recommended. Even if your going in to spend a pound or a thousand or The Greatest Carp Angler on the planet. Everyone is treated with respect regardless. I recieved my CF-X SPOD rod yesterday.delivery was well on time.brilliant rod well made.pretty sure it will do what all the write ups say.im taking it over the lake for a test drive next week.im sure i will not be dissapointed.thanks lads .alan clark.

Had a small problem with angling technics bait boat was initially very gutted as major purchase for holiday, however everybody in the shop was great. Arranged courier collection and repair. Very quick turn around and a great shop, with staff that really care

I received apologies for the delay of the 2 nd set because they didn't had in stock after I bought 2 sets online , they sort it out in one week and then I received a letter and email with apologies for for any inconvenience they've cause (was not the case).

Can not thank Matt and Peter enough for all their help. I've shopped with this guys before, everything always turns up when promised, if not early. There customer service can not be faulted. Working in sales myself, I know the importance of going the extra mile, these guys went above and beyond to help.

A random pop in as was passing through dartford compared to my local shops this knocks the ball out the part luckily i pass through dartford regularly this will be my got to shop from now on love it
