Starting Friday 8th June Dr Upton and Nurse Tonya will be leading The Tardis Walking Group initiated by the PPG (patient Participation Group). These will continue until further notice, tea and coffee served after the walk. This is a fun way to get exercise and socialise with other people. all abilities welcome.

Walking for health. The Tardis walking group next session will be Friday 22nd june 10am at Cheadle leisure centre. Please feel free to come and join our group. A great way to socialise and get healthy.

Our staff this your are helping to raise money for our local charity the Dougie mac as this is close to our hearts as it is to many of our patients. We all know somebody that has or is currently receiving support from this charity. Please give generously. Thank you
