Thank you to everyone who came to our first Wine Dinner of the new term and made the evening such fun. The New Zealand Wines and Lionel’s menu were a great match.

We are delighted to announce the opening of Le Bistro du Telegraph from Tuesday 18th September from 6pm. To celebrate the opening we are offering an introductory special offer of 50% off your food bill until the end of September.

Back to term with our first Wine Dinner of the season. We are off to New Zealand to taste the wines of our friends at Saint Clair, Alpha Domus, Main Divide and Blank Canvas.
We are happily full and looking forward to sharing the range of fabulous wines.

We are ‘visiting’New Zealand on Thursday to sample 8 examples of their magnificent wine with matching menu

We’ve a bit going on in September ...... New Zealand Wine Dinner on 13th, Le Bistro opens on 18th and 21 of us are off to Burgundy, Beaujolais and The Northern Rhône at the end of the month!

The food was very good, best sausage and mash I ever had. Great atmosphere and next time we will bring or Westie, pub is dog friendly as well.

The Telegraph is now a much nicer pub since the new guys have taken over - cleaner, friendlier, the garden makeover is looking fantastic, food is so much better, far wider selection of drinks, plus the beers taste like the pumps are (at last) being regularly cleaned. I think it's one of the nicest pubs in Southwest London, especially when the sun is shining and the management and team seem like they know what they're doing! Keep up the good work guys!

Great lunch here today with friend and baby, waiter couldn't have been more lovely and patient and attentive. Made huge efforts to make us and baby happy . We didn't get to say thank you to him, so thank you . Enjoyed sitting outside with our wine after lunch in the garden and getting some fresh air!

Great food, great crowd amazing staff and a beautiful setting! Just super disappointed that none of the dogs would come to me when I call them over. Someone please sort that out.

Gorgeous pub! Lovely food - fish gougon sandwich and chips for me, ham, cheese and pickle sandwich and chips for hubby. Very pleased. Wish we had a pub like this near us

Excellent spacious pub, first time here to help launch what will hopefully be a hugely successful Weds open mic! Although only there a few hours, the staff were unfailingly polite and courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. I'll definitely come back!

A very good place to eat, there were about 30 in our group and the staff looked after us with perfection and we all were served together at the same time.

A great setting and they serve Crabbies which is always a bonus. The ploughmans could have been improved with crusty bread and a slightly more generous portion of the cheeses. However the pie was generous and tasty.

Warm and welcoming. Straight forward menu with good children’s options. Some truly great staff, offering exceptional service on a busy Sunday afternoon.

Lovely, friendly helpful staff, my daughter & I both had the roast lamb it was good but the lamb should really have been thicker cut & possibly larger portion, but overall the meal was good, & the staff were exellent

I was quite pleased with the temporary BBQ menu, and loved the gardens (with plenty of seating choices, in shade or sunshine) it's rare to find.

Hope to be returning soon this summer!
