Old man with bald and gray beard, very rude to omit about customer evil! The rest of the team was very nice. Just as you would expect! Even if I do not speak good English, speak in their country or other countries their language or give you satisfied that you speak some English! Was finally in norwich to learn the language.

Went today and got a rick and morty vinyl figure and we got Mr.poopybuthole straight away great shop love it in their

Awful customer service - took back a bag bought for christmas which had torn on seam/handle strap had become detached and was accused of purposefully damaging it. Why - recipient loved bag and is upset that resplacement wasn't available. Manager very rude, talked over us and reluctantly agreed to exchange for something else in shop as no replacement bag available. Wouldn't give credit note.
