Your hosts, Marion & Bob Lowrie and licensee Jason Dust invite you to enjoy the olde worlde charm of yesteryear, fine wine & excellent food.
The Bar is warm and welcoming with a large inglenook fireplace, original oak rafters and very low beams. We are again in the CAMRA good beer guide for 2014. We offer: - 3 or 4 real ales, 2 keg lagers, mild, stout, cider & a keg bitter.
The 8 acre country park is so much more. As an arboretum it has a mile of meandering grass walks, some 20 species of English hardwood trees plus wild fenland willow, some 2, 500 trees in total.

New dessert pannacotta with poached rhubarb, rhubarb coulis and biscuit, supporting local dairy farmers for the cream and Our local veg supplier for the rhubarb.......
A labour of love for the chefs here at the thatched hand cut twice cooked chips......... Can't beat a good chip to go with your fish, steak, chicken or whatever your choice is......!
Preparations for the revised a la carte have begun......... Keep your eyes peeled for some pics of the new dishes in the next few days....:)
