We have a few new beers and gins coming on this weekend. We are saying goodbye to Bitburger and hello to Estrella on draught. We are also the only pub in the UK to have Robinsons "Light Brigade" ale on craft keg!!! Its amazing, plus we have a handful of new gins for you to try, include the outstanding Gunpowder Irish Gin.....

So tonight sees England face off against Croatia for a chance in the World Cup Final. Kick off at 7pm

England play Colombia for a place in the quarter finals tonight. Live on the big screen from 7pm. Carling, Fosters and Coors light all £3 a pint. 4 pint jugs of lager for £11

Join us for England v Panama on Sunday. KO at 1pm.
Drink offers available through out the match. Get all draught lagers for £3, Guinness and guest ales for £3.20, plus double up on house spirits for £1

So it's taken us 22 months of battling and so many arguments that I have lost count but we finally beat Marstons and can now proudly say we are a FREE HOUSE!!!!

Its that time of year again to get making your prams for what has become the spectacle of the village. With more prams than ever expected this year, its due to be a great event. Fancy Dress this year just like last year will be compulsory for competitors.

We went for Sunday lunch. It was fantastic. Just like mums. They even let us have extra gravy in a small jug. Real gravy. It's a friendly pub and there were kids and dogs enjoying themselves. Great friendly pub.

We have just had our wedding reception at The Tigers Head, all I can so is fantastic food, fantastic atmosphere and a really big thank you to Tracey and staff for all there hard work, and for the outside bar at our evening reception. It was a really hot sunny day and all our guest complimented the food and venue. ...

We came with a party of 18 agter a ramble. We'd pre-ordered, and experience elsewhere kept our expectations under control. Food was delivered within about 10 minutes of arrival, hot and efficiently.

Everything was very good. A bit disappointed no dandwiches on the menu but the hot snacks and startets were all very good.

No problem with us all paying piecemeal as we left.

Will be back.

Stayed here in car park last night. Unfortunately they weren't serving food but a very friendly "local" pub. Will have to go back to sample their menu.

Lovely food, nice pub - can't beat a tasty tea on a Sat! Really enjoyed the food good quality tasty burgers and the kids enjoyed fish & chips - thanks very much 👌

Had 2 great meals here while visiting from the US. Excellent food, friendly staff & very accommodating. Sunday lunch was delicious & my son especially enjoyed the burger during our other visit.

Every visit is practically perfect. Can't fault the food, drink or staff.

Enjoyed an excellent meal last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary the fried halloumi strips were perfectly cooked and so tasty I'm hooked ! My husband had cheeseburger, again perfectly cooked with tons of flavour I had the lamb shank from the specials board meat fell effortlessly from the bone a beautiful meal obviously cooked fresh. Service was great as always and just a 5 min walk away 2 happy locals � ty x

Amazing food... Freshly cooked, good menu with lots of choice.....lovely choice of fine ales and great atmosphere and attentiveness ... Would definately recommend!! Maybe best to book if dining as its a popular and bust country pub and everyone goes back

A wonderful warm atmosphere with super food. Great selection of gins and always a pleasure to visit.

A great country pub with a homely atmosphere to it , with great staff and real food and a wide variety of choice on the real ales , gins and vodkas

We eat here regularly, disappointed that they took the curry off the menu but plenty of other good choices. Beer always on good form.
