We have just used the tile shed for our kitchen/passage and small toilet. We had around 35 square meters,which we brought back about 5 square meters after a few weeks. They gave us a refund no problem, the tiles look amazing but there service was better! Great bunch of lads would highly recommend!!

Recently did a big extension on our house . We needed a load of floor tiles to go from our newly done kitchen area into our orangey and into the utility and downstairs toilet . We also needed tiles for a ensuite which was getting wall and floor tiles . The staff at the tile shed could not of been more helpful and actually came and measured up for us including splash backs in kitchen , utility and toilet . After talking to them and getting some great advice we also decided to put electric underfloor heating in which they sourced for us . The quality of tiles and all the grout and chrome trim came in at a price that other supplies we looked at could not beat and the Tile shed could not be beaten for customer service . I would and have recommended this local family run business to all my friends . Well impressed. Keep up the good work

Placed an order with the Birtley branch earlier this year and couldn't of gotten a better service. Great selection and we managed to find exactly what we were looking for. And then once we placed the order and wanted to slightly change something, it wasn't an issue. Couldn't recommend The Tile Shed enough! A great company and great service. Would definitely recommend using their services!

In love with my tiles for my front room

I had my whole shower room renewed by the Tile Shed and it now looks amazing. David picked the tiles after I told him my ideas and gave me help choosing the shower and vanity units. There is nothing I would change. The guys who did all the work were fantastic and stayed some nights till 7.30pm to get the job done. Also worked the weekend!! Good hardworking men who didn't spend half the day on their phones!! Would highly recommend this company �

Excellent customer service and product. No hesitation in using this company again or in recommending them to others. Very professional and seamlessly efficient.

After visiting several tile establishments I found myself at the tile shed, Norham Road, North Shields. As my partner and I entered the showroom we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff called Jeff. From start to finish, Jeff catered for our every requirement as we did particularly want a tile that gave the wow factor in our bathroom of our new home. After making our final decision, Jeff guided us to the payment desk where the process was quick and easy. It was at this point we met Gary and Malcolm. These gents were very complimentary of our choice and were also incredibly knowledgeable in what processes should be used to get the perfect desired effect. All three gents assisted in loading our purchase into our vehicle and insisted that if we needed anything no matter how big or small, that they were only a phone call away. To sum up, the tile shed North Shields are friendly and offer a tile buying experience like no other. Thank you Jeff, Gary and Malcolm.

I was warmly welcomed by a chap called Malcolm and shown around the different displays and ranges available. Within minutes he had helped me find exactly what my wife and I were looking for. I ordered bathroom tiles and accessories on a Sunday with the promise of collection the next day in the afternoon. I foolishly demolished my bathroom to begin reconstruction on the Tuesday , once it was destroyed I received a call saying the order would be delayed by two weeks. I should have cancelled immediately as two weeks turned into 20 days , no compensation and a lot of stress and hassle arranging tradesmen etc who lost money thanks to this but were understanding
