plenty of choice of food ...lovely old building ..service is a tad slow but not really a massive worry unless u in a hurry

Fawlty towers reincarnated. Well not that bad. But not too great either. Decent place. Close to the ferry.
Had dinner at the restaurant and a drink at bar. The food was good, pudding was amazing and the staff were great. Nice building also with a lovely beer garden. Would definitely recommend for the bar or restaurant alone. Ticks all the boxes for me so I'll be back.
Nice, clean bar. Good service and a well kept garden area. Unfortunately they were servicing the kitchen when I went so there was no food
I attended a wedding ceremony with a lunch after. The ceremony was held in the restaurant and the furniture was suitably arranged. Very classy room with a wonderful decorated ceiling. It was very well organised and after we moved to the main bar, another impressive area, the staff transformed the room back to a function layout with top table etc
We had a very filling and we'll prepared 3 course meal, perhaps a trifle slow but within a reasonable time. Good quality venue throughout.
