My cataract surgery went very well, I felt in safe hands, the outcome amazing! A fantastic EYE out patients team. Professional, friendly, informative and thorough. THANK YOU NHS.

It is one of the best Hospitals in the country, sadly that won't help as you can't park to use it. The cost of missed appointments etc must be of the scale.

Having moved from Birmingham, this hospital is far better than my previous one. My hospital appointments are quicker, the building is laid out in an understandable manner. Everytime I have stayed here the nurses have been awesome.

I dont think theres enough said about the nurses who tirelessly give it their all looking after a ward of 28 people...my partner was on E15 and I had to stay at her bedside all night one nurse stood out the most, his name was Crue and he was always on hand and nothing was to troubled for him, in addition, there was a inspirational student nurse called Rebecca, worked 37 hours a week, traveled 90 minutes there and back to work, and also had to study to be a qualified nurse..she was fabulous with my partner, i would of given the hospital five stars...but theres other failings not with the nurses, but improvements needed within the hospital which is why I've only scored it 3 stars.

Car park is a nightmare. Arrived over 35 minutes before my appointment, half an hour later I was still in a queue to park my car. Luckily I was able to make a call and was still allowed to have an appointment (over 15 minutes later than arranged). When I was finally let in the car park there were no spaces!!! When I was leaving I foun. an information "coins only" so I had to find some shop to get some change, this information should be displayed when people are entering the car park so you can prepare or go to another one!!! Hospital staff always friendly and helpful.
Update.
This place is a joke. Appointment 58 min after scheduled time. Prescription can only be used at the pharmacy located at the hospital. Awaiting time 48 minutes. My appointment took around 10-12 minutes but I spent here over 2 hours in total.

Spent a few days here last week, can't fault how i was treated,. The nurses were amazing.Just read some other reviews, please don't judge this wonderful hospital on its parking! That's just ridiculous! It's a fantastic place full of very hard working, dedicated people and i won't have a word said against it...

Awful.
After having my daughter for 8 weeks and fitting her shunt they are refusing to see her. 2 weeks after her shunt was fitted it malfunctioned and her head filled with fluid making her very ill, we where told to go to our local hospital (Leicester).
Once at Leicester, Nottingham Queens Med are now refusing to see or help my daughter and she is deteriorating before my eyes.
Leicester simply do not have neuro surgeons or doctors and can not help her.
Disgusted

Just been in today with my son, paramedics were just fantastic and so were the nurses and doctors. Thank you all for your continued hard work 😀
