The Vapeistry Margate

Dear Vapeistry Customers, after watching the latest briefing from the government it is our belief that although we’re not allowed to open the shops, we can in fact take orders via social media & deliver them/put them in the post to you.
As such we are putting the following in place:-
Any orders placed before 2pm we will endeavour to get to you the very same day (dependent on stock availability) & we will be charging a cursory £2 delivery charge per order if it’s a ‘local’ del...ivery (we’re taking local to mean an approximate 3 mile radius from the shop)
Any orders outside of that radius we will put in the post & hopefully you will receive it the next day.
Payment can be made either over the phone via card (by calling the shop at an agreed time after 2pm) or, by cash on delivery if you prefer.
We will discuss with you where you would like us to leave your delivery once it’s been prepared & if paying via cash we would ask you to please put it in an envelope or plastic bag.
Sadly there needs to be minimum order value of £10 but we will waive the delivery charge for orders over £35.
Postal orders will incur a blanket £5 delivery charge regardless of the amount spent.
We are not set up for this, have put this together ‘on the fly’ purely to help out all our valued customers so please bear with us while we continue to do the best we can for you.

Dear Customers, as far as we’re aware Vape Shops aren’t in the category of shops deemed essential and as such we have been forced to close.... ...it seems initially for a period of 3 weeks but this may change & if it does we’ll let you know. Until then, we have to adhere to the government guidelines & sadly will have to remain shut for the time being. Same as last week, business as usual for us

Dear Customers, we are open today as normal but that may change any day & we have no idea for how long. Our advice therefore is to make sure you have enough liquid & coils to last for at least a few weeks. If we have to close but can still service you by post then that is what we’ll do. In order to limit the amount of time & people in the shops at any one time you have the option of phoning through your order via the shop number below & we will do our best to have it ready fo...r you. As a company we are open as normal, have no plans to close & we (currently) have plenty of stock.... ...however, there is no denying that supply lines in respect of coils has (in some cases) been affected & if the government takes the decision to close all ‘non essential’ shops for a period (as other European countries have) regardless of how well stocked we currently are we won’t be allowed to open & you theref...ore won’t physically be able to get e-liquid/coils.
Our advice therefore is to make sure that you have enough e-liquid & coils to cover yourself for a minimum of 2 weeks (bearing in mind that isolation boredom may see you vaping a little more than normal) 😊
Forced closure of shops may or may not happen, we’re in uncharted territory here so our advice is not to panic buy but to ‘be prepared’
