Was a brilliant day, plenty of cooking and masses more recipes to take home. I liked the way we all cooked different dishes in the second session so there was a real banquet to eat for lunch. Plenty for the two students on the course to take home as well. Very generous with their knowledge and generally a lovely bunch of people. Will be back in the summer

Really enjoyed the Vegan toolkit course today. We learnt how to cook a variety of dishes, all really tasty. Alex is a great tutor. Good to meet other people on the course too. This is the second course I've completed at the cookery school and have just booked a course for the New Year.

Loved my Vegan Toolkit workshop... incredible way to learn about alternatives to meat, dairy and incorporate different ingredients to create classic recipes. Alex was a fantastic tutor - very well run cooking day with plenty of new recipes and techniques to learn. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to learn more or even the non-vegan who wishes to explore. I was highly impressed, the food was delicious and the overall experience was fantastic. I left behind some very valuable jewellery after the cooking day and Jonathan/Alex managed to have this returned to me... so what an incredible team they are. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK A CLASS!!! :) xx

Just spent the day becoming a tofu guru! A most enjoyable day with a very entertaining and knowledgeable tutor - Alex - who made the day informative and fun. Learnt loads, and have come away with masses of ideas for tasty things to create. I even surprised myself by cooking some delicious vegan fish and chips amongst many other dishes, which we ate on the day or have brought home to have later. Learnt about some new gadgets and picked up lots of tips on technique. And the company of the other participants was great too! 10/10

I won a Quorn competition a couple of weeks ago and the prize was to visit the Cordon Vert cookery school and learn how to cook different Quorn dishes. I went this week to the cookery school and had such a fantastic day :) We made such a diverse range of delicious vegetarian dishes using different Quorn products and the easy to follow recipes thought up by the cookery school. This experience has opened up my eyes to how easy it is to take your vegetarian food to the next level by creating delicious and nutritious vegetarian dishes. The staff at the cookery school were very friendly, approachable and helpful which made it easy to ask cooking questions. The course introduced me to spices I didn't even know were vegetarian and for once it was nice not having to check all the packets of food for meat products because you knew it was already vetted by the vegetarian society :) thanks again :)

I recently did the Vegan Tool Kit course. I was staggered at how much we cooked in just 5 hours. 17 dishes! It was a truly inspiring day, and Alex the chef was an absolute font of knowledge on all things vegan. I loved that we weren't just cooking predictable tofu stir frys. It was very imaginative - meringues, mayonnaise, tofu scramble, quesadillas, Japanese wonton soup, chocolate cake, it just went on and on! What a lovely day!

I recently did the Flavours of Italy course and had a great day - thank you! Alex, the tutor, was friendly, had a great sense of humour, and explained everything clearly. The other tutors and staff were also really helpful. We learnt a lot and had loads of great food to take away at the end. Most of all, the day inspired us to make more Italian food and we even got a pasta machine! Definitely recommended.

I had a wonderful day on the Essential Vegan Course. Highly Recommend whether you are vegan, vegetarian or if you just want to learn new skills (from making egg free mayonnaise which is amazing to Thai Red Curry and a delicious chocolate cake. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I couldn’t believe how much I learned in 1 day!! Thank you so much.

I had a really enjoyable weekend on the two day veggie /vegan cookery course with Alex and team. I have learnt so much and have a useful resource of recipes to use again. I have started with the puff pastry tarts tonight and am making them pea and watercress soup for my friend tomorrow.

I had a fantastic time yesterday in the Vegan Toolkit course. We created wonderful, varied meals from the surprisingly simple speedy quesadillas, to the exotic ackee & tofu. I loved my time there and my family loved eating the samples I took home.

I can highly recommend these courses. I attended the one day course for Regional Indian Cuisine and thoroughly enjoyed it. The tutors were very knowledgeable and explained step by step the various spices used and methods.

Only small classes so you get maximum help if needed. I will be practising my skills from the cookery binder we got to take home and the various recipes contained therein which are very straightforward and easy to follow. I think I will be back for the Master class or Mexican course. Thanks Nina and Sumita for a fantastic fun filled course.

Had an utterly fantastic day on the Light, easy & healthy workshop. Made lots of great tasting food, discovered some new ingredients and met some lovely people. The workshop was relaxed, informative and most of all fun. Can't believe how much food we made between us and then we got to eat it. Yum!
