The Vincit Group

The Vincit Group was created in 2013 with the sole purpose of developing property projects, within the M25. The criteria, a maximum £2m purchase price. Vincit Developments is focusing on planning gain as a main strategy but also developments with up to 9 units.

For short term cash flow we look at non structural refurbishments on single flats /houses where the minimum gross profit needs to be £50, 000. We are hugely passionate about what we do. We are growing fast and Harinder Paul, Rowan Paul and Pav Paul have recently joined the team.

We are also setting up “Vincit Foundation”, where a proportion of profits are used for charitable causes.
