My blond hair needed refreshing and I wanted to obtain a lighter tone. At the end I had spotty hair (the colour was applied on not combed and tangled hair), with burnings on my skin caused by the bleach. Also I was let out from the salon with still wet hair and they were not even combed.
I just felt like I looked much better before entering the salon then afterwards.

I dont judge every person in the salon, but I was unlucky.

Great staff very professional and always on hand to offer advice on anything to do with the look your after.
