We held our wedding reception here and everything was beautiful, tasty food, great selection, vegan and vegetarian catered for, looked really pretty, we're so pleased with all the effortput in by all the staff. We had the best afternoon and just wished we could have stayed longer xxx

Took my Twin granddaughters for their birthday treat. They loved Kerri she was very good with them, chatting and interacting with them. They loved trying all the hats and jewellery on. The food was delicious and they made the girls plates lovely. They haven’t stopped talking about it. Can’t wait to go again 💖

Lovely mothers day outing to our local tea rooms, lovely staff, great service and food, tea pots were well and truely used. �

I have recently been on 2 occasions and both times staff were so helpful !! Let us decorate food lovely !! 2nd time was 24 of us not as much choice of sandwiches but to be expected as so many of us I’ll be back thanks xx

I can’t thank the ladies enough for helping make my mums surprise 60th afternoon tea such a wonderful event. Their customer service before the day couldn’t have been any better and the food and service we received today made for a most chilled and relaxed event that everyone commented on. Thanks so so much again, will def be recommending and returning for a bit of lunch xxxxx

Had a lovely afternoon yesterday at the vintage tea room, we hired out the whole room for a special baby shower afternoon tea.the staff were more than accommodating and friendly . The food was fresh and tasty. I found the having a choice of tasty cake a little after our sanwhiches and scone refreshing and unique. What an amazing selection of cakes they had too!

I have been here a few times in the past and it was lovely unfortunately on this occasion I can't say the same.A few plain sandwiches one scone with a small amount of cream and jam and a tiny piece of cake.Definitely not worth £15 and wont be visiting again.Shame because the ladies are lovely and the atmosphere is good.....one of the worst afternoon teas I have ever had!

Firstly I wasn’t impressed with the very basic and plain sandwiches and when asked for some in brown bread instead of white they charged extra for them. Secondly the middle tier was mini sausage rolls with a bit on naff salad to dress it up and the cakes were boring wedges of sponge cakes ( no patisserie style cakes) and to top it off was told when booking it was £5 for children to be charged double that when paying for it! Shame really as it was a nice little tearoom and local and it really ruined my experience which was for a friends birthday. Won’t be going back again for afternoon tea that’s for sure �

hi i am really sad to be writing such a review but it was a friends birthday today so i wanted to treat her so picked afternoon tea to the cost of £30 in total. firstly we recieved the wrong sandwichs after ordering egg and tuna we were given tuna and cheese and ham. The scones were very small size of a golf ball so i would of expect 2 each and 1 tea pot between 2. the slice of rocky road was so tiny and the manager changed it but commented cake slices are smaller as its hot and lots if people are leaving them. when i first had afternoon tea at thus tea room there were home made sausage rolls, home made chocolates, normal size scones. i have messaged the manager and her response is you sat in my tea room for 2 hours and had 8 cups of tea between you and most places dont change the choice of sandwiches. well i think they do as vegans font eat cheese, ham or egg so my advice would be dont go and if you go expect to be charged £30 for a sandwich and slice of cake.

Very disappointed not worth the money at all the coffee was vile my daughter got me this as a Mother’s Day surprise and I was gutted for her everyone knows afternoon tea the crust is cut off the sandwiches right! No not here and cheep French fries crisps instead of proper crisps won’t be going again sorry �

If i could rate 0 i would! Booked months ago told i would get a gluten free cake stand got this! Absolute joke! Told well it's the same price as a normal one like it's a favour to me id happily pay more for something decent! Didn't have time to hang around as I had kids in the car and funnily enough its MOTHER'S DAY and dont have time! This was why I pre booked it, this was the 1st time id been here and needles to say it will be the LAST, thanks � for a top mothers day gift NOT...
