All free/purchased tickets will be valid with a free drink on arrival & we will offer a refund on purchased only tickets and allow free entry. We only tend to go early about 7 ish for the cocktails our last port of call after a afternoon session.But love the place Great cocktails 2 for 1.Great music 80' soul.Friendly bar staff.

We had a fabulous night! 4 of us booked for a cocktail making session which we'd expected to be fun and The Viper Rooms didn't disappoint! The staff were friendly, informative and enthusiastic throughout. The cocktails were amazing and we would highly recommend the evening, absolutely loved it and haven't laughed so much for a long time. Special thanks to Jamie and the young lady (so sorry I have forgotten her name) who definitely made our evening. Very well done to all and thank you!!

The cocktail masterclass was brilliant and our hen party thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff Ash and Ellie (I think I’m not great with names) were lovely. Would highly recommend! X

Have always liked the viper room and it looks fantastic after its recent refurb. Staff are friendly and helpful and the place has a great atmosphere with good music.

Fab venue... a bit Cavernesque! I loved the booth's and the fab long bar. Great service from guys behind bar... I had decided to go out despite a broken ankle and the lovely lady behind the bar got me a seat so I could enjoy the evening without feeling too uncomfortable. Cheers for that �

It was only a Tuesday night, we booked a table for my friends 20th birthday! There's was far too many people within the VIP section, we were constantly getting pushed about having to move out of people's way, we might as well of just been on the dance floor with everyone else! Very over priced especially given the experience and service.

Pitty your bouncers aren't so inviting I was out with my partner and my friend and her partner you wouldn't let me and my partner in but let our friends in first so I said oh we are together the bouncer said "oh" I said so why can't we come in he said its what your fellas wearing I said what hes got viv jeans shoes and a shirt???? He said yes I said your letting people in with bloody pumps on he turned to us and said very rudely NO now move before I move you!!! my friends said it's ok let's go somewhere else the bouncer then shouted across to Paris and said don't let these in I was so angry as we walked off your vile bouncer proceeded to tell me it's because my boyfriend is black and he causes trouble biggest load of shit I've ever heard he never gets to even go down town because he works at the casino every weekend he'd booked it off so we could go out racist pieces of bobbar

The bouncer told me that I wasn´t allowed to get in because of wearing sneakers. After an absurd discussion, he ended up letting me in. I don´t wanna tell anyone what I found inside this cave, but trust me, there were more people wearing sneakers than hills. So, now I am telling you the main reason why I had to discuss with the bouncer: I was born in Spain, a lovely place were English people celebrate their destructive summer parties.

On our way into this pub I watched a member of your door staff physically grab a girl by the throat and push her with force the girl who your bouncer was claiming was drunk make more sense than the door staff himself she was only asking for his name for what I could only gather they had a dispute which by rights door staff should have a valid identification badge on show anyway, duscusting!

If you’re going out here, be careful not to be ripped of, the lady taking money must make a killing robbing people.

Seemed to have a good vibe going on, just a shame about the stamp woman who charged me £12 for entry for two and my friend £8. When I very politely questioned her pricing, she told me she didn’t like the attitude of my boyfriend. I said, ok well can I have my £2 back that I was overcharged and she said no. I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere with it, so I just walked back into the club, to have 2 bouncers manhandle me to kick me out. Very uncalled for!

Horrible place with horrible staff bouncers let lads start on women! And says it acceptable and then when her boyfriend sticks up for her he's the one who got kicked out and got started on by the bouncer I will never come here again I'm from Leeds and you have made my thoughts of Sheffield go even more down hill!! Shithole shut staff good bye!!!!

Enjoying celebrating my sisters 21st birthday, something that Vodka Revolution, Crystal, and Area were all more than happy to accomodate.



We decided to head to Viper Rooms after a few pre-drinks in Vodka Revolution, not knowing that a personal grudge held by 'a certain stuck-up representative' would mean that we couldn't get in, due to the fact that he 'didn't like' the person we were with.



Not only was this incredibly embarrasing for Viper Rooms, as 'a certain stuck-up representative' successfully turned away business but he had spoken to the bouncer to assure we weren't allowed in. The excuse that was given by the bouncer was that one of us was 'too drunk' to get in. This was particularly confusing as multiple other places were more than happy to let us in, and even more confusingly, the bouncer was in fact wearing glasses, you would have thought that would help his judgement as the person we were with wasn't drunk in the slightest.



It was embarrasing for both Viper Rooms, and it's staff.



At least we had a fantastic night at Crystal/Area afterwards. So i'd like to recommend to anyone interested in going to Viper Rooms to head on over to Crystal, or any of the other bars on the same road as they're brilliant.



Thanks for the good night, as it probably would have been a lot worse stood in Viper Rooms watching the usual crowd spend 99% of there time in there, looking in there front facing camera contemplating why nobody loves them as much as they love themselves.

Don’t go to this place, desperate for money so they try rip you off. Just gave woman at the door £20 and she fucked me over said I only have her £10

Completely ruined my friends 21st, the bouncers only let half the group in, declared others 'too drunk' and used excuses such as 'you're not coming in because you had a drink in your hand when you got out of the taxi'. After pleading with them to let them in, one of the bouncers proceeded to come close to my face and threaten that he 'can have me banned from every club in sheffield'. Completely disrespectful and uncalled for, my friends weren't aggressive or disrespectful, could understand if they were causing trouble and being rowdy drunks but they weren't.

Came here boxing day after months of being a hermit and the Jamaican bouncer outside left me outside after waiting in the Que for about 25 minutes because he said he recognised my face the week before baring in mind that night it started to snow you can imagine how unbelievably cold I was and the way he just ignored me and didn't even want to reason was a complete joke
