Morning guys! 9 years ago today we got the keys for the space that was to become The Wallflower... 9 years!!! It’s gone by so quickly and we’ve seen so many changes, the most recent being 2 years ago when we made the change to go vegan. We couldn’t have wished for a better response from everyone! Thank you to all our customers old and new for making the Cafè what it is today, we couldn’t have done it without you! 💚 .

Hey everyone, the roasts are back! Our first one for the Autumn will be on Sunday the 28th October 🌱 Booking is advisable but not essential We will have starters, mains and dessert so you can eat as much or as little as you want!

�very fresh produce made into mouth watering dishes. Asparagus, seasonal greens, garlic sour dough and pesto just perfection.

Wonderfully delicious food, full of flavours and even better cooked fresh and with passion, great tasting and always an exciting experience to the taste buds. The kindest staff and a wonderfully comforting atmosphere leaving you feeling good inside and out. X

What a wonderful little place! The food is delicious and the staff r lovely - would very much recommend The Wallflower Cafe to anyone.

We visited last Saturday, my only complaint is why has it taken so long to find this truly wonderful establishment.

My partner and I have been visiting family in Herne Bay for many years, & it was only by accident (a random search on Google) that I found you!

The three of us had an excellent lunch, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was calming and our waitress was delightful.

Have raved about the restaurant to family who live in Herne Bay so hopefully you will be getting more custom in the next few weeks.

We had (I think) Red Berry Tea (Pukka) have tried to buy it locally in supermarkets and have also looked at the Pukka website but can’t seem to find it - can you advise where we can purchase some from please ?

We visited here very last minute and we absolutely loved it. Its such a shame its not a full on resturant but I cannot recommend it enough for a daytime visit. The food was lovely, tasted very fresh and they were really great with helping with our needs, we needed a low sugar, gluten free and no oil approach. The food was beautiful, even my non vegan husband loved it! We left feeling full and satisfied. Will absolutely be visiting again.

Visited the wallflower just before Christmas for breakfast, I'm a good cook and never expect too much when eating out especially when choosing veggie or vegan options off menus. I've never enjoyed a fry up as much as the wallflowers vegan breakfast, even as a meat eater! The food was amazing and cooked to perfection, mushrooms and kale 😮 Yum!, smokey beans, sourdough, sausages.... bit of avocado on the side 👍It was absolutely delicious!!

Couldn't find fault whatsoever!

We had a miserable toddler in tow, saw the toys and thought.. amazing! Such a thoughtful idea, only critism is maybe toys were a bit old and tired, with that in mind, I'll pop a bagful down if you'd like xxx

Love everything I get off their menu which changes daily, all the staff are friendly, extremely accommodating, the cafe is cosy & relaxing and they have take out options in biodegradable boxes & cutlery too. Hands down my favourite food in town �

When 23 committed carnivores leave a vegetarian restaurant saying that they have had the most amazing meal you know you are doing something special....not a single grumble and all the food polished off!

Stumbled across this lovely place today and so pleased I did �The staff were really helpful and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. The choice was amazing too. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Herne. Loved it ���

Our first time to this wonderful little cafe, even though we're only in Herne! Just didn't know of its existence until someone at work told me - a real gem right on our doorstep. It was impossible to choose from the starters so we had one each and shared - both were totally scrummy. The burgers were great too - we'll definitely be back and will recommend you. Shame you're not open in the evenings though as that's when we usually go out to eat.

Loved it! Food is fabulous, ambiance is perfect, staff are friendly and they made our dog feel very welcome. Highly recommend

I visited yesterday for the first time as last time I was in the area on a Sunday it was closed. I had just run an ultra marathon in Margate and popped over for post race lunch. I wasnt dissapointed with the soup and the avocado wrap. Very filling and tasty. Plenty of choices on the menu it was hard to choose. The cafe is homely and welcoming with the staff very friendly. I will definitely make an effort to visit again but it's a shame it's so far away for a weekly visit and rarely open on a Sunday. I can't recommend this cafe enough.

I had a fantastic lunch here with my non-vegan mum today. Both of us were blown away with the outstanding and delicious food. A great range of smaller and large plates to choose from. Imaginative and fresh salads to rarebit! Yum! Both of us commented on how smiley and knowledgable the staff were about the food and how clean the cafe was. We shall be back soon!

First visit for lunch today after being introduced by a friend. Im not vegan or vegetarian but do enjoy eating veggie foods. Awesome lunch of sourdough with houmous, green pesto, olives and sundried toms with colourful side salad, was so tasty and creative. I shall defo be a regular visitor. Lovely friendly staff too so highly recommend �

Fabulous vegan food. Will definitely go again when we're back in Kent

Delicious food for any mealtime! Lovely welcoming cosy, cool and relaxed vibe.. Perfect place to relax with a coffee. Gluten free, veggie, vegan friendly.. My favourite. :)
