Loved my stay here, the room was of a very high standard and was in a great location. Lovely welcome within the pub itself too.
Nice place for quick coffee break or to stop off for food staff are overall friendly

Pleasant atmosphere but a little noisy, when busy, if you want a quiet romantic meal.
Had a great weekend stay and a few nice beers! Staff were notably courteous and polite. Would definitely come back!
Food is great and good value for money however we booked a table and it was so busy we couldn't hear ourselves so we ask to move the dark hair older lady behind the bar was extremely rude and said no then a younger girl moved us but the original woman showed nothing but attitude and was damn right horrible. I would only recommend for pub lunch! We ended up in and out within an hour due to being rushed and made to feel uncomfortable
Ok for a quick lunch staff very friendly we sat outside as had a dog with us.
We had a faultless meal on a Wednesday, however when we visited on a Friday, it seems to turn into a bar more than a restaurant. The staff seemed to congregate at the end of the bar enjoying themselves rather than checking on their tables. The foot was at our table too quick (by the time we finished our starters, our mains were being laid down) so we felt we were rushed. The bill took too long to appear, so ended up having to go to the bar to pay. It had a cafeteria feel to it too. Shame, will not be returning.
We went for a small wedding reception which was held in a back room on a Monday night. The tables were arranged in such a way that it was hard to talk to the person across the room without shouting. So a couple of us rearranged the tables to make it more personal. We then got chastised by the waitress because they wanted the used of the other tables in the small room should other customs cone to eat. Their front room wasn't filled, we didn't foresee anyone else joining us on the room. Most of the staff was good, but the waitress with an attitude definitely detracted the joyous celebration for everyone. The good was mediocre and overcooked. It just wasn't an ideal place.
