Rubbish. He was so rude to my mum. We just left the shop

I had a brand new watch bought elsewhere, wanted links to be adjusted, came back 15 minutes later, wrong fit, adjusted again & they managed to scratch just under the face, be warned!

Karl and Kim were in the shop, very friendly, excellent service. I have been here a few times and always experienced exceptional service.

Very helpful and very good service . I have had to return several times and I am always remembered...even have a bit of banter thrown in for freeM would highly recommend going there if you have a problem with your watch.
