The Waterford Arms is situated in the sleepy Village of Seaton Sluice, overlooking the picturesque fishing boat-filled estuary, and one of the famous Northumberland sandy white beaches.

We offer a warm Northumbrian welcome and hospitality at the Waterford Arms. Come in for a drink in the bar, or in our beer garden overlooking the sea, a meal in our restaurant or an over night stay in one of our on-suite guest rooms.

Built in 1899, it has been recently renovated to combine the charm of the late Victorian era with the comfort and relaxed style of today.
