REBIRTHING BREATHWORK SESSIONS WITH NIKOLAS GRIPP.
Do you feel anxious all the time? Unsatisfied and stuck? Or maybe drained and tired?
... Would you like to heal trauma, free yourself from your past and create a Healthy and Happy Life? Would you like to boost your confidence and start living the Life you have always dreamt of?
Your Breath will help you with all the above and much more!
The duration of the session is 2 hours and it’s a small group of maximum 6 participants.
The session contains breathing exercises to improve your breathing, an hour of Rebirthing BreathWork and group sharing.
Every Second Friday of the month from 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

Qi Gong with Sigrid is back this in June at the Wellington Centre.
Tuesdays 8:30 am – 9:30 am
Qi Gong practice is suitable for all body types, ages and fitness levels, and is gentle enough for those with physical limitations or health issues.
... The words Qi Gong mean “energy work” or “energy cultivation.” Gentle movements combined with the correct breathing patterns provide energy as well as strength and flexibility for the body. The concept of Qi Gong is combined with the techniques of martial arts, especially with Tai Chi, Chinese medicine and philosophy. Qi Gong promotes the body’s self-healing ability.
Studies have shown the effectiveness of Qi Gong: • Increases well-being • Reduces stress and anxiety • Strengthens the immune system • Calms the nervous system • Improves structural alignment and posture • Improves flexibility, balance and co-ordination • Slows down the ageing process

Join us this Sunday, 2 June, for Sadhana for the Sara Lee Trust - 7am -9.30am.
Sadhana means a daily practice and self-discipline of the mind and body to serve the soul. We begin by listening to a sacred sound current, this is followed by an hour of kundalini yoga and relaxation and an hour of chanting or singing mantras.
Sadhana at the Wellington centre has been set up by Yeli and Belinda to provide a space for new and trainee kundalini yoga teachers to share their practice... in a welcoming space where the local community can come together to move, to breathe to chant and become one.
Suggested donation £5 to £15. All donations will go directly to The Sara Lee Trust fundraising commitment at The Wellington Health and Wellbeing Centre. Help us to support this local charity.
