Here we have a copy of Tom Brown's School Days by Thomas Hughes, and a copy of The Poetical Works of Alfred Tennyson (this particular copy was awarded to an Annie Hornby in 1901)

We have been super busy with families this week bringing their little ones in!

We had our roasts dinners delivered to our Thai restaurant who doesn’t love a good roast! We weren’t disappointed it was HUGE more for later �

The sticky toffee pudding we found out was homemade it’s was amazing! Think we’ve found our new Sunday treat! Great homely food thanks guys!

My second take away meal from the Wellington and I’m totally stuffed! Great portion size the chicken jalfrezi was awesome, food piping hot and the strawberry shake I �. The delivery driver was cool too lol � definitely recommend it! Just have to visit the pub at some point �

Just ordered Sunday roast to take out from the leyland branch. Got home and was pleasantly surprised. Food was really nice. The only thing I could say would be, could have done with a bigger tub of gravy for the large roast as wasn’t quite enough but the food was great. Chocolate brownie with cream was really nice afterwards too �

Great little spot with a beer garden perfect for recovering from bank holiday weekend shopping. Really welcoming staff who went the extra mile to chat and play with my little girl (6). Great food and great customers too. So glad this little gem is still going in the heart of Preston.
