We in a party of 6 at the Christmas Dinner Dance which we thoroughly enjoyed. Good food and friendly staff. I was particularly impressed that even though two couples from the evening had booked rooms at different times under different surnames, they had noticed we were part of the same party and automatically seated us together for breakfast. That's good customer service!

We have just been with our family to the Wentworth Hotel to celebrate 25 years of staying there. As always, we had a great time: comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious food and something about the atmosphere which makes us never want to leave.

Was at The wentworth with hubby yesterday for christmas lunch, it was lovely delicious food, great chilled atmosphere and very christmassy, we often come to The wentworth for meals, drinks and tea and scones, see you in 2017.

This is one of the best places I have stayed at.

The food is out of this world and the staff are so nice. I look forward to coming back soon.

The hotel is beautiful , so warm and homely in the lounge, bedrooms modern and spotless with a very comfortable bed. The food is delicious and any request is not a problem. Staff are friendly and efficient. There is not one complaint from a family of six staying three days. Well done the Wentworth, we will be back!

Lovely hotel. Ambiance and decor spot on.

Staff all very polite and attentive but not overly so (ie just the right level)

Food delicious and good choices available.

Intend to return for a longer period in the future.

Our room, no 18, was amazing, lovely sea view. Spotlessly clean throughout. All the staff, without exception, were very friendly. The food was amazing although one night there was only one thing I liked as there's a lot of fish on the menu and I can't eat it! Hopefully we will come back. Thank you for an amazing few days.

Lovely hotel. Great location on the seafront. We stayed in room 14 ( a superior room ) which had 4 Windows facing the sea. Beautiful. Clean and bright with a lovely bar. After eating the breakfast we were sorry we didn't have dinner there too! The staff were exceptional especially the restaurant and house keeping staff. Highly recommend this little gem.on the Suffolk coast.

Lovely hotel, staff are excellent, I stayed as a last-minute booking and the room was beautiful and spotless, room service and food very good. I liked it so much I booked for another night, moving from my original room to the last room available due to a cancellation, room number one, which was just as nice, my only gripe was the pigeon living just outside the window of that room, and it was SOOOOOO noisy. Just a small thing, as I have a problem with noise, but it was not enough to detract from the excellence of the hotel overall.

Just returned from a wonderful birthday stay, got a very good offer deal, everything first class, from the accommodation to the glorious food & excellent service

Looking to possibly book a Christmas break

Just home from a two day/night stay at an amazing lovely hotel. We stayed in Darfield House and what a gorgeous room. Staff very attentive, food awesome (cooked to such a high standard) and the cream tea included an extra bonus. Thanks for making our celebrations of 30 years together special x

I honestly can't sing the praises of the Wentworth Hotel highly enough, absolutely love the place. We've been there to dine on a number of occasions and it really is first class for food and the service is brilliant. I would absolutely say to anybody, if you can, go there and try it and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent two night stay at the Wentworth, would have marked it higher if I could. The food was very good and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Our room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The shower was the best shower I've ever used in an hotel, very powerful and hot. If you want luxury, comfort, peace and quiet, this is the place. This was our second visit, will definitely be back. Highly recommended

Always a joy to come here, room 28 is lovely and large and sea view is fab, as is the food and lovely staff.

After 10 years we were back to the hotel and we are loving it even more! Stylish hotel, delicious food and a big charm. With such an amazing owner and his staff, the hotel should have 5*. We will be back..soon.. :) J&M

I went there for lunch yesterday with my family and it was great service but a very long wait for food and the food was good!!
