After rocking The Wheatsheaf last night (AGAIN) tickets are now limited so be quick cause they won’t last long!

took the kids for the tea was really nice kids had jacket tatty with prawn s and another had tuna with a lovely salad and coleslaw fo 5 95 each not the kids menu but for an extra quid well worth it scampi and chips and salad was also very nice

my mother is not a big eater and we go here nearly every sunday and this week she had the fish and chips she ate quite a bit of it. the food and the staff there are amazing x

Went to the Wheatsheaf pub, Benton for Sunday dinner yesterday - it was beautiful - even had a visit from a magician. We will definitely be back

Food excellent and very friendly staff. Definitely will be back to enjoy the deals on the cocktails

We first popped in last week for lunch and had the fish finger Sandwich and Gammon Sandwich both were lovely with homemade chips and salad. We also tried the freak milkshakes recently which were fab !! Will be making this our new local

Stopped by for lunch today, food was lovely, good portions (we couldn't finish it) and the triple cooked chips were to die for. Wish I'd had room for cake as it looked delish. Defo be back. �

Lovely food and even better staff, the new owners have really turned this place around and always have something going on for the customers!! Would 100% recommend �

Just had the most amazing Chicken pie and homemade chips!! I even broke my jeans after!! Food is outstanding here!! If you haven't been just try it you wont be disappointed total transformation on the place well done to new owners x

Just had a Chicken Tikka Masalla with basmati rice and a poppadom on the Curry Night which also included my pint of Carling all for £7.99, it was an AMAZING restaurant quality curry! Totally and utterly delicious, so much so if i was not in a bar I would of licked the whole damn plate clean. Served quickly by the super friendly staff 10/10

Just been for Grill Night, two steaks, with chips and a bottle of wine for £23 amazing value, steak was cooked perfectly, we added sauces and onion rings the whole meal was fantastic, Defo worth a visit!

First time i've been here since changed hands and had Sunday Lunch. Must say the best Sunday Lunch i've had out in a long long time. Top food everything hot and very tasty. For the price it was amazing. Definitely recommend it

Defiantly happy with our local since it’s been taken over. The staff are welcoming and friendly the food is outstanding. Plenty of drinks to choose from my fav being the gin list. All round a perfect family atmosphere with a lot of entertainment from music tributes to things for kids. Highly recommend it’s a must �

I pass this pub every day on the way to work and notice the sign that says breakfast is served Saturday and Sunday 9:30 - 12:00. So I show up at 10:00 on Sunday looking forward to a decent breakfast only to be told they don't open til 11:30. What the hell?

I haven’t visited this pub and safe to say I will never be. After booking a table and being told I could collect a menu to my nana being called a liar over the phone. Not very professional in my opinion, the staff could do with a few lessons on how to speak to customers in a polite way. The member of staff she spoke to swore on the phone and the person in the background was denying ever saying it. Totally unprofessional in my opinion. Even when I rang up to cancel the table there was no apology a simple ‘right okay’ in a snotty attitude was it. Absolutely disgusting and if your staff speak to customers like that over the phone I dread to think what it would be like to a paying customer. Wouldn’t even rate it a 1 star and that’s only by speaking to snotty staff over the phone!!

Family tried to organise a meal for a family members birthday, the person they talked to was rude and abusive to a member of the family. Obviously needs to go on a course for customer service. Under new management ��� won’t be long before they’ll be looking for another if they carry on talking to people like shit. Wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. Talk to people like shit, you’ll receive nothing but shit.
