Fantastic opportunity to join a family run country dining pub devoted to serving seasonal food of the very best quality. As well as making dishes from our kitchen garden and foraging for produce from the local area of Combe Hay.
We are looking for a reliable and passionate candidate to run the garnish section of the kitchen where you will be responsible for preparing all garnish components of the menu to meet our high standards. We strive to ensure that our menu components ...are all handmade in house and we are looking for someone that shares the same passion for fresh seasonal food.
At least a couple of years cooking experience preferred but we all had to start somewhere so as long as your passionate about food and keen to learn then we would love to hear from you.
Fluency in English is a must and due to the country location, having a driving licence is preferred or able to make your own way to work is necessary.
