The Christmas menu is running from now, until the 24th of December.
... Sorry, but we are NOT, open for Christmas Day Lunch. But the bar will be open from 12.00 noon until 2.30pm. So why not pop in for a friendly drink before dinner.

Prostate Cancer Update.
Just a quick word to say, Mr Alan Thompson Presented the cheque to Mr James McCormick, From the Men United. The Prostate Cancer charity. From the money made at the Prostate Caner gig. The amazing total is £1,500....It's a credit to every one involved. A massive thank you to you all.
Maybe next year can do it bigger and better.

We would like to thank everyone who was involved On Saturday, for making our first charity event such a massive success. There is so my people to thank, so lets just say. THANK YOU ALL!!!

We have replaced the seating in the garden and can now welcome a greater number of customers. Hopefully the weather will be good to us and you can enjoy a drink or food in the sun.

Went for Sunday dinner today and it was amazing! The portion sizes were very good the roast potatoes are to die for� and I'm still stuffed from the dinner 8 hours ago! The garden was a bonus for the kids to play in.

We had stroganoff & Thai curry. They were both amazing ...

Lovely freshly cooked food ... Definitely recommend. Good luck to the new owners �

We came here today after speaking to the new Manager Manuele as we were doing a sponsored bike ride to raise money for an 8 year old little girl from Birtley who has been fighting cancer for the second time.



We wanted to come after the sponsored cycle with all the children to relax and also do a sponsored head shave by one of the little boys. Manuele & his team were AMAZING and more than accommodating even giving each child who cycled a free icecream.



Great food, Great service and will definitely be visiting this place again. Thank you so much to Manuele and his team.

Visited last week with my 4 friends and between us 8 children. The outside area is amazing for keeping the kids happy, lots to do for kids of all ages. The food was absolutely fabulous, between us we ordered kids chicken nuggets and chips meals, children’s pizza, BBQ Burger, Smoked bacon and cheese burger, chicken Kiev and adults pizza. Everyone of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal, quality ingredients and totally delicious. The staff were very attentive throughout...Would highly recommend a visit here.

Visited here last night, good food, good service, very friendly people and value for money. We will be returning.

Lovely food after a family bike ride and we had a great time playing the garden. Thanks for the bandage and ‘magic’ water for my little boy that had come off his bike into a wall! Will definitely be back to try the chicken Kiev that went to another table, it looked delicious !

Just had an amazing Sunday dinner!! Everything was perfectly cooked, staff couldn't be more accommodating and so friendly! Highly recommend their Sunday dinner and can't wait to try their 'Nonna Mafalda's' menu through the week! �x

Just been for a lovely meal with my parents. Great food. I have the pasta carbonara, which was delicious. My mum had the pork which she loved, and my dad had the chicken kiev which he thoroughly enjoyed. All the food was great. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I found the prices to be very reasonable compared to other places I've been. Nice clean decor inside. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable meal.

Had lunch here today the food was fantastic, everything cooked fresh and it was very child friendly with books and toys for the kids �

Had a fantastic meal and great service. All round good night and it’s nice to see the place back up and running to good standards. Thank you and keep up the great work x

Had Sunday dinner today and it's the best I've had in a long time just like your mother would cook good honest food at a great price. Big portions as well value for money. So good me and mate are eating there on Wednesday and looking forward to it. I can highly recommend the pub even tho it's changed hands 5 times in a short period this for me has been the best it's looked in a long time. Good look guys and girls keep up the good work.

Food was lovely and tender. Had Northumberland braised steak with gravy. With the weather being so sunny recently this would be a perfect spot to sit outside in the sun as there’s loads of tables outside

First time my friend and I had been there. Lovely restaurant . Decor was lovely even more so with xmas tree up warm and inviting . Food was lovely and it was hot . Staff very nice. Definitely go back

Delicious fresh cooked food always piping hot, staff very friendly and nothing to much trouble for them, will certainly be going back

Delicious food, friendly staff, attractive decor, indoor and outdoor seating, play area for kids, separate bar if all you want is a drink. Really enjoyable visit. We will be back!
