We have a fully equipped service department, including the latest computerised diagnostic equipment, which is staffed by factory trained engineers who have a wealth of experience between them.

We also have fully equipped service vehicles which enable us to deal with a large number of service requests at your home or place of work. We go to great lengths to ensure that we supply the correct type of product to suit the individual and their disability; this is where our precision assessment methods come into play. Most of our team have completed the Invacare Impetus seating system course, a qualification recognised by the College of Occupational Therapists. This ensures that any product we supply will be the correct product for the purpose.

We are members of the British Healthcare Trade Association (BHTA) and abide by their code of practice, which is approved by the Trading Standards Institute.
This means we do not claim to cover the whole of the country, use third-party service contractors or sell wheelchairs and scooters Mail Order. Though there are many seemingly attractive products available in the wider marketplace, we take great care in our assessment of their potential and carry out extensive testing on quality and performance before offering them as part of our product range.
