Each team member I have dealt with is knowledgeable and are more than happy to make sure your needs are met and exceeded, very personal one to one service. More client than customer. If this means trying many of the fine whiskey samples they have available then this is no issue. However, from my experience (a few visits) it did not take the team long to narrow down what I was looking for. Even me as a novice trying to describe what I was looking for!!! I would highly recommend visiting the shop. Expensive whiskey for me is a very rare treat indeed but I would gladly spend the money in this store as the whiskies I have come away with are fantastic. The service received on each visit has made them taste even better.

Very helpful staff. I went there to get some "medicine" for my cold. I told them what kind of Whiskeys I liked and they made a great recommendation!

The Whisky Shop take great pride in customer care, both in store and online. Their Whisky Club membership is brilliant, and brings a plethora of great benefits. I have recently attended a couple of Whisky Shop tasting evenings in the Bath store which were hugely enjoyable.

If you like whisky this is the place to go. Super friendly and helpful staff who know what they are talking about. I'll certainly buy all my whisky there in the future.
