We have had lunches and dinners here on many occasions but yesterday we had a late lunch followed by joining the beer festival out the back. Thank you White Hart for a well organised, relaxed, fun and fabulous afternoon and evening with fantastic live music. The food was delicious as always and our four guests are now firm converts too. Your staff worked so hard and remained cheerful, helpful and friendly throughout ( even when people had had too much 'sun' �). A brilliant day from start to finish. We had such a lovely day here today at the beer festival... adults and kids loved it and didn’t want to leave! Live music was brilliant and the bar staff in the beer tent were excellent, recommended all of the beers I tried, all an excellent choice, so knowledgable! We are so lucky to have such a local great day out, it was packed out!! Can’t wait till next year!

The guy that served us was a family member helping out and he was really engaging and good fun.

We had a lovely evening at The White Hart. Beautiful setting, great wine and the most delicious steak and ale pie; what more could you want?! Big thanks to the owner who was very welcoming. We will certainly be returning!

Lovely country pub surrounded by fields. Best steak and ale pie I think I have ever eaten. Sat outside with dogs in the immaculate garden. Friendly service. Well recommended

Did an over night special sleepover with friends aa surprise. Wednesday/Thursday, weather fabulous but food/room & staff even better. Clean through out with modern ensuite facilities. Had scallops to start followed by the lamb. Just right on portion size with loads of tantalising flavour, so didn't go to bed feeling uncomfortable with over eating. Staff very friendly & even convinced me to try a rhubarb gin. Very light & refreshing. Our friends were suitably impressed definitely be returning. Thanks to you all. �

Beautiful rural setting, lovely place to go in the summer to enjoy a meal outside in the well kept gardens, for the rest of the year the wood fire and homely feel inside keeps us coming back for more.



Great food, varied menu & friendly staff means this is one of our favourite pubs to go to.
