Lovely food with excellent portions. A firm favourite when I visit Norfolk.

Vegetarian risotto was very overcooked. Just a bowl of mush unfortunately. Never had a Risotto served with coleslaw and salad either. The roast turkey was at best a below average microwave meal. And overall we thought overpriced. Wouldnt recommend.

Whatever time of day we've turned up, the staff have always made us feel welcome. Great selection of ales and an extensive menu. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed

Lovely pub on the B1150 North Walsham road. Full menu served all day as well as breakfast and afternoon tea. Do a lot of carafe wine (500 ml for around £10-£11) and meals were very tasty. Also allows camper vans on their overflow car park which is a grass field. Great night stopover.

Pub, staff and food were all lovely! What a hidden gem. Definitely will be back!

Food was really tasty table had a mix of the menu. Burgers were homemade, fish special was cooked lovely, pub classic Sheppard's pie was great. Kids (1&2) shared a kids meal and had a dessert each. All desserts were delicious. Cake shake were particularly nice! Good selection of beers, crisp and clean. Service was great, friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of children's books for the kids whilst they were waiting for food. Parking can be tight but no trouble this time. Only complain t would be last time e chips were hand cut, this time they were bought in one's. Definitely going back.

Dinner for 7. Good sized portions, acceptable wait times. Nice atmosphere/decor. Reasonable price.

This is our second return for a special occasion, this time for valentines day. As always good value for money and the meal was lovely. The staff couldn't be more pleasant. Cannot recommend it enough.
