Our Patient Services computers are not working. This is making it hard for the team to deal with calls and book patients. Please use Engage Consult via whmp.co.uk, if you are able, to request a call back or appointment with the clinical teams in the practice.
Our clinical computer records, results, medicines and dispensing systems are all now working normally.
The practice is experiencing a network hardware failure. An NHS engineer will be attending this morning to assess t...he issue and plan a fix.
