Two lovely self contained cottages where you can rent just a room for Bed and Breakfast or rent a whole cottage as self catering.
We also have Two beautiful apartments in Central St. Neots one overlooking St. Neots riverside park the other overlooking the Marina just off of the Market square in the town.

Another transformation in just 1 week this gorgeous river view apartment has has a deep clean and full decoration. We have loved styling this apartment to complement the riverside setting. All ready for one of our wonderful clients arriving this coming week.
48hours transformation of this beautiful apartment we only got the keys Friday morning and clients arrived at 2 pm today! The views are spectacular x
Cheeky peak at our newest addition with stunning views over meadows towards the river you can see for miles! This gorgeous penthouse apartment is very spacious and has 2 bedrooms one has an en-suite and there is a also a large bathroom with double sinks. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances. We will add some more pics when we dress it with some really gorgeous furnishings.

It’s starting to feel a little Christmassy here at river terrace. House is all ready to go for our December bookings. 1 house down 6 to go! The colours here are white and blue/green hues to capture the feeling of the river and the park beyond.

We often go above and beyond one of our long stay guests in courtyard cottage needed their washing done! I do draw the line at ironing though! Just Love happy guests!

... My family and I planned a multi-generational party at this property for my mother’s 90th birthday. Some of the family is UK based, but many of us were coming from the States. Fleur and Paul massively went the extra mile to be sure that every detail was perfect. The whole gathering was a great success, and we were so pleased to have chosen this venue.
The house itself is very comfortable and all of us found that it had absolutely everything we needed. I would especially point out that the multiple en-suite rooms make for a great family gathering, hanging out together but without “too much” togetherness! It is truly a splendid property, and very conveniently located for many activities in Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire.
Finally, I would really give absolutely top marks to the Batemans. They are incredibly welcoming hosts who seem genuinely committed to doing everything possible to assure a wonderful stay at Whitehouse Cottage. I can’t speak highly enough of their hospitality. Incredible hosts.
Overall, if you need an accommodation that will suit a good-sized group, you won’t find anything better in this corner of England. I travel in the UK frequently, and have rented many holiday homes. I’ve never had as nice a welcome or a nicer home-from-home. I recommend this property enthusiastically and without hesitation. We had a marvelous visit (thanks to our wonderful hosts), and I’m sure any visitor to Whitehouse Cottage will feel very comfortable indeed. Rated 5-stars, A++.

Where do I start to share how amazing our stay was here at The Whitehouse Guesthouse last weekend. We travelled over from Ireland for a family wedding and Fleur, Paul & Bryony could not have done more to make our stay. We rented the 2 houses and they were superb, lovely location, such a great set up, from cereal, bread, tea coffee (&sneaky vino) etc to Fleur providing a sewing kit the morning of the wedding! Lots of great local information, a real home from home. Will definitely be back!
Wanted to say a big thank you to Fleur and family for our wonderful stay in the Whitehouse last wkend. We were over from Ireland for my son's wedding and it was like a home from home. Everything one needed there on arrival , great rooms, lots of food plus all the little extras and a smiling Fleur. Lovely memories. Thanks again.
On my second week here. Its fantastic! Home from home. Spotless, amazing owners, beds are soooo comfortable and the shower is wonderful. Will definitely be staying here again next time I'm down this way!
