Went with my friend last week to celebrate our birthday,was an amazing, we both had a brilliant time :) Reception staff were very nice and helpful.Most of the day we spent outside on outdoor terrace.Very relaxing place, loved our spa experience !!! Food at Bertrams was delicious.Thank you Woodland Spa for a perfect day :)

We love it!!! It's 4 and a half hours drive but so worth it. We always stay in the willow suite. The outdoor facilities make you feel like you are on holiday and the fire pit area is a nice touch. The staff are really friendly and they offer outstanding food with a full vegan menu X

This place is like magic !!! X

You drag yourself in and float out regardless whether you're having a treatment or not , eating or not (food amazing too) x One of my favourite places x

This is my third visit and the first for my friends

This occasion was for our 16 year old daughters who had just finished their GCSE exams.

The staff as always for me were wonderful from the minute you arrive. So friendly, attentive and helpful.

I love the place and worried that my recommendation to my friend wouldn’t live up to what she expected. I think it lived up to more. She too, with our daughters had a wonderful relaxing time.



The only negative thing which spoiled such and amazing 2 days, was the lady welcoming at breakfast. As it was such a lovely day, we wanted to sit outside. Our table was set inside . On asking, we felt this caused her issues. We even said we would reset the table ourselves. When she can out with the table cutlery, she didn’t smile or acknowledge our thanks as she set each place and we felt in edge throughout breakfast to ask for anything else. This may sound petty, but in top of her attitude, a portion of beans was missing in a bespoke request and when I asked for a second cup of coffe, it didn’t arrive so we left.



It seems such a shame that such a wonderful stay ended with some bitterness

The most gorgeous spa we've been too !!



We stayed last night for my birthday and everything about the whole stay was beyond perfect.

A day in the spa we got full use out of the beautiful place , we had tapas lunch and cocktails in the pool bar which was amazing � then we had the mud resual which left your skin feeling so soft.



Then we checked in too the gorgeous grow wood apartment which was really stunning then we went for our eveing meal which was also amazing , the food was divine and the manager was fantastic , he was above & beyond helpful.



We left on a delicious breakfast and feeling very relaxed � See you again soon !!

The best spa I’ve been to by far! I went with my friend for the day and it was amazing from start to finish, we have already planned our second visit! X

The best quality spa i have ever had with excellent customer service from staff to every detail provided for their guest.

They should defo recieve another best spa award in the country for 2018!

My first visit yesterday. Absolutely amazing place. From the minute you enter to the minute you leave your looked after by all the staff, nothing is too much trouble. Very relaxing place, loved my spa experience. The staff in the restaurant are impeccable and they too look after you wonderfully, the food was delicious and very high quality. Everything is very well organised and I will definitely be going back! Thank you woodland spa for a great day 😃

Lovely spa day at woodland The reception staff were so nice all the facilities were great bar man shook our hand as his shift finished at 6pm such a nice gesture The meal at Bertram's restaurant was exceptional will definitely be coming again hope we get 20 degs of sunshine again on next visit that really was the icing on the cake to a fab day

Just got home and I want to go straight back! It's Amazing!. My second visit and from the moment you arrive to leave it's just pure bliss, all the staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you always cheerful and the Spa is spotlessly clean, the food is fantastic, thank you to all the fabulous chef's you are so talented the meal at night couldn't be faulted and the restaurant was full too, the beef Bon bon's were so good i can't wait to try them again and Morrocan lamb was Devine, and the restaurant manager made sure he spoke to every table he was so attentive what a credit to the place, the reception staff were so helpful and friendly I could go on and on I'd just like to say to whoever owns the spa that your staff are a credit to you and thank you everyone for such a blissful and enjoyable stay can't wait to book to come back again xxx

I've been on a quite a few spa days here but Sat 5th may was by far the best. This was mainly due to the fantastic weather.

Everything was good. The food the service and especially the cocktails.

Our lunch in bertrams was excellent as always but one thing really annoyed me!!!!.

It's not a cheap day out and we spent a lot of money in the out door bar.

My step daughter ordered a sirloin steak burger for her meal option and asked for some cheese on her burger ...no problem the waiter said and that's what she got. As we were leaving the restaurant the waiter very rudely said excuse me you owe us money and we said no it's included in our package . He then asked for £1.50 for a slither of cheese. I found it very annoying as we'd spend an awful lot of money.

It certainly won't put me off going again but felt it needed mentioning.

Fabulous facilities but because it was so hot yesterday, I couldnt enjoy the indoor experiences. However, being outside all day was brilliant too😎👙☀️😊 I look forward to coming back asap to do everything else available! The food for both lunch & dinner was amazing. Brilliant day out!

After a bad experience at another Spa elsewhere, we can't wait to come back to this place on the 7th June! The facilities, food and drink are all of good quality. That's what a high end spa should be. Good all round and a place to relax!

7 of us went yesterday for my friends 50th and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The treatments, the spa, the tapas, the service and the evening meal were all exceptional. Highly recommended x

Went yesterday it was amazing along with the food a lot of the spa users spent their time outside sun bathing which left the inside virtually empty which was great 👍🏻, our fourth time here so far this year.
