Excellent pub, with great ales, food and staff. A proper pub that has been left the way it should be, good character. They serve plenty of ales and ciders.

The food is nice but really expensive for eating at a pub. For the price i paid I'd rather go to a restaurant. Decor could do with being updated.

Went in for a roast dinner on Sunday and it was excellent. They offered a generous portion, plenty of meat and a variety of vegetables. Dessert was good too.

The pub itself is also stocked with a decent variety of ales and lagers, and also offers a pool table, darts and a jukebox.

Overpriced poor quality beer... didn't even want to try the food. Staff not the friendliest either
