There were no losers at this weeks quiz. Santa's elf helper Alan handing out selection packs to every player. Sorry it was a bit squashed but you all did very well and are all on Santa's nice list. Merry Christmas to you all.

We visited a member of our family who has moved there we all met up and went for a meal it was so lovely food great people great lovely place to eat and i would imagine to live a must to visit

Visited the Woolpack this evening for the first time , for my birthday . The food and service were both outstanding , as was the value for money . We sat outside for a drink and a coffee afterwards and it was so relaxed and peaceful . Thank you so so much . We will def make the trip from bicester again soon . ��

The veggie buffet was amazing! We always love going to the Woolpack but that was extra special would definitely do that again. Tell the chef the tofish in particular was 👌🏻

Stumbled on this place after a day at Stowe Gardens. There were 6 adults and 7 kids in our group, we managed to grab a couple of tables outside. The kids were hungry so we gave the food a go. My god, it was good. All fresh and delicious. 5 staff for their food and chiefs

Stopped by last night whilst staying nearby overnight, to attend a car event at Silverstone race circuit, what a brilliant place!!!

Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere lovely and warm. There was a Cider festival going on to raise money for a defibrillator, a great cause!

We enjoyed the squid starter, and the prawn cocktail starter, and a Rump and Sirloin Steak main course for dinner. All of which was amazingly delicious!! The staff couldn't be more helpful (especially as i am gluten free!)

Cannot wait until i am back at Silverstone again, to visit the Woolpack!

So much going on here! Quiz night, Acoustic evening, and lots of exciting events coming up! The staff are all lovely, and the atmosphere is really cosy and warm!

Many a night spent here on our visits over from northern Ireland. Always a great carvery and loving the outdoors area for that cool gin and tonic in the sunshine. Very friendly folk with pleasant staff on hand ����

Shame about the parking though. Drove around Buckingham 20 minutes trying to find a spot to leave my car

Lovely atmosphere, so nice to sit in the beer garden on a sunny day or in the evening under the heaters. Great food, especially the carvery on a Sunday -delicious and well priced. Staff are super lovely too, one of my favourite pubs!

I had one of the specials (turkey, ham and mushroom pie) but asked whether I could have it in a baguette. It is nice having specials at the woolpack again. Brilliant meal which I can whole heartedly recommend. Went the extra mile.

Had a lovely carvery today for mothering sunday food was amazing staff very friendly lovely friendly atmosphere will be going again thankyou very much to all staff at the woolpack will see you soon

Had a drink in there yesterday to check out if it was ok for a Mothers Day meal (me being the Mum). I had booked it for my daughter who lives away and as we’d never been in there thought we’d better check it out in case I’d booked a boo boo!!



Nice staff, clean pub, cheap beer and felt at home.

Great cavery... great meat from the best butcher around Mr Trevor Denton the Buckingham Butcher. Lovely staff and nice setting.

Amazing food, great service and dog friendly! Very rare to find such a good pub that allows dogs in. Favourite pub in the area :)

Had Sunday lunch here - food was pretty good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would most definitely come again to sample normal menu. ���

Lunch today was disappointing. Is there a new chef ? Our baguettes were unusually soft and served on boards as opposed to plates with a few dry salad leaves on the side ,no salad dressing. We usually love our chicken and bacon baguettes....,today we had trouble finding the bacon. On a plus, the member staff from Brisbane was a complete joy !
