We hired the back room of the pub for a very reasonable price. We had amazing service from all the staff. Thank you. Highly recommended!

The Woolpack has maintained what a pub used to be, not only as a friendly pub to visit from out of the area but also as a locals social hub. Best ale festivals & sausages and of course jazz in Chelmsford.

Relaxing atmosphere good ale and great food. The kids eat free also so will be back soon.

My boyfriend and I love this pub. I've lived in Old Moulsham for 10 years and it's lovely to see The Woolpack (our local) looking so fabulous. BTW, Sat night was great fun �

Love the pub,go on Sunday nights,love the entertainment.friendly staff good chips and the others love the ale's.

Held my 40th party here last night. Great space, nicely decorated and brilliant food. The garden has been recently done up and I can't wait for summer to use it. Thank you.

Great pub with good food and real choice of real ales. Only criticism was taste of music, but wasn't there for that😀🍺

Good pub. Good atmosphere. Great staff. Even the landlord is ok. Shouldn't say this but the garden is going to be amazing come summer.

The food was very disappointing. Sausage was rock hard and dry, tasted like it had been microwaved. Same for the pudding. Such a shame.
