Use a Yorkshire pudding as a plate, therefore making plates useless.
Saves on the washing-up when you can just eat the tableware, dunnit?

Was unbelievable this place food was spot on !

User

Very nice food but as some comments said you don’t get very much, but very nice and the pork crackling is the best!! Very good. Quality stuff

User

Tried this for the first time and absolutely loved it! Was better than I thought very tasty and fresh and all the ingredients worked well just wished I didn’t have to travel to Chester for one

User

Small on menu range but big on portions and quality.

User

I won yorky pud wraps for 4 people. We travelled from preston to get these and have to say it was worth it . Thank you for paying the travel expenses to . Excellent service and outstanding food . We can't thank you enough

I saw a picture of their Yorkshire Pudding Wrap on Twitter, it looked so good that I googled them and found the nearest shop to me was 60 miles away in Chester, as it happens I had nothing pressing on so I jumped in my Range Rover and drove through torrential rain, gale force winds, and seemingly endless road works, it was a 120 mile round trip, took 3 1/2 hours, It cost me £25.00 in diesel, £3.20 to park, I got soaked walking to the shop, and there was a massive queue when i got there, Was it worth it? Yes without a doubt and I would do it again!!!!

User

Called in today and ordered a roast beef Yorkie wrap and was totally blown away it was amazing only thing missing was a dab of mustard . Can’t wait to go again

User

Amazing food came as a family of 7 and travelled 70 miles to get there and not one of us were disappointed well worth the drive and the wait when we got there

User

AMAZING 🤤 we visited Chester for the weekend for our annual Christmas shopping trip and ended up going twice because we enjoyed it so much the first time. I’m vegetarian so had the veggie Yorkie wrap and it was very tasty!! My partner had turkey the first day ham the second and said they were both delicious!! You do have to queue but definitely worth the wait 👍🏼 Xxx

User

Very busy.. great food but no atmosphere or conversation between the staff.. great place but need bigger premises for sure

User

The food can’t be faulted. I visited with my Husband yesterday and ordered the yorkypud wrap with a side order of crackling. The meat was tender and plentiful, with a generous serving of stuffing, vegetables, gravy and horseradish sauce. The crackling was served warm and was probably the best crackling I’ve ever had - crispy and not too salty.

The reason this didn’t get full stars, is because of the confusing method of service. You queue to pay, then have to go back in the queue to receive your food. The counter area of the shop is very small and cramped and the lady serving seemed pretty miserable which wasn’t helping people’s frustration at having to wait 25 minutes for their food while other people pushed past us trying to get in and out.

I would visit again, because the food was totally worth the wait, but the way queues and service handled seriously needs to be looked at as a method of improving the experience.

User

Lovely meal, shame about the customers! Small shop space is cramping the service of food especially when wraps are ordered. So expect to cue for your meal.

User

Lovely food can see why the wrap has been so popular only slight thing that I didn’t like was that the carrots are a bit hard

User

The food is good but the service is horrendously slow. Processing Deliveroo orders with too few staff members whilst leaving walk-in customers to wait for 30 minutes plus. Ok food but not worth that sort of wait for takeout, and it is overpriced.

User

Sorry but this is the second time visiting you shop in Chester and we where pretty disappointed with the Turkey,Stuffing and Cranberry Sandwich . There was more stuffing than Turkey and there was very little visual evidence of Cranberry !

User

Very disappointing. Yorkshire pudding was rubbery and tasteless. Carrots and beans were hardly cooked. Roast potatoes were burnt and also tasteless. On the plus side, the turkey and stuffing were really good. Shame really, was looking forward to visiting the Chester branch having seen the queues outside the York one at Christmas. I thought it would have been something special, but sadly not.

User

honest review, Pre packaged yorkshires 35-40 minute wait to get served then a further 20 minutes after paying to get food which I would describe as very average, after the huge wait I was expecting so much more. Been there done that, never again. But you got to try it to be in a position to comment I suppose. I assumed with such a wait it would be a taste sensation, how very wrong I was.....

User

We visited your Chester store yesterday and left very disappointed and £40 lighter.

Pre packaged yorkshire puddings being unpackaged and thrown into a jar. Luke warm (at best) wraps. It was all quite bland really! I'd compare the quality to a cheap carvery. The staff were miserable and so so slow, 20 mins from paying to receiving our food?????

User

Visited today on my lunch and wasn't impressed. I ordered two ham sandwiches with all the trimmings, plus I paid extra for another two stuffing balls. The sandwiches had hardly any meat inside, a few drabs of mustard and no stuffing. So I basically paid for stuffing which should have come free with the sandwiches.
